Clean rooms, parking is great, water pressure superb and comfy beds.

Night clerk was difficult and does not listen well at all. Typical "everything is good" when there were really.multiple issues eith the booking coming in. Would only verify by name, they could have cross checked number, email, or card - and would have seen the issue. Instead i had to stay up over an hour trying to figure it out and when i went to explain the issue, he interupted me - AGAIN - and told me "it is all ok"... jerk... Breakfast needs desperate help - bacon was revolting. Only cherry muffins - kind of ridiculous.

We had a very late check in due to travel, and the staff was absolutely excellent about our check-in needs and extremely pleasant and helpful with our arrival. Specifically, when I learned that there was no elevator and my mother, who was traveling with me and has minor accessibility challenges (usually nothing that requires special services), the person checking us in was very helpful in making sure we had a first floor room. Breakfast was also good, with options for dietary needs.

I would have liked to know that there wasn't elevator access beyond the first floor when I booked. My mother has some accessibility issues, but usually nothing that requires special accessibility requests at hotels. If it had been clearer that only first floor rooms were accessible without having to do stairs, that would have been helpful and we could have put in that request sooner.

Staff were fantastic and place was very clean. Appreciate the head front desk employee with colored hair, she was just efficient and welcoming. Thank you!

Breakfast eggs and sausage could be a little better but not the end of the world. Maybe a different brand. The incidentals was not really needed either...I just don't know anyone going around ruining hotel rooms. And it's a $100...maybe for first time tenants but after repeated stayers- waive it.

Hotel lobby, breakfast area, sleeping room and bathroom very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a Red Lobster right next door and Starbucks across the street. I will definately stay here again.

Two things that can happen in any hotel. 1- it was a little after midnight and there a man screaming in the hallway for his kids to take a shower and 2- there was a hair in my bacon. Again this can happen anywhere and will not keep me from staying here again.

The hotel is nicely renovated (rooms, lobby, breakfast section). It was spotless, good breakfast, close to the highway (easy to get to a park and ride if you have a car). I have to mention the amazing service we received when cheking in. We were quite a bit earlier than chek-in time, but the lady on duty (sorry I did not notice her name) was incredibly nice and gave us a room anyway. This is definitely an hotel we'll go back to when visiting NYC. A+++++

I came in at a late hour and the staff was so friendly and kind, I was very stressed and the staff was very patient with me and my questions! the breakfast was ur typical hotel breakfast spread, it was very tasty the perfect temperature! the make ur own waffle station also had cinnamon roll batter!!! never seen that at a hotel before! check out was very quick and easy again staff was super kind and helpful!

Really enjoyed our stay, the hotel looks nice, the room was roomy and clean, I loved the little details like USB plugs in the alarm clock and power outlets in the bed lamps. Wifi worked great! The breakfast was great, a lot of options, I specially liked that it wasn't the same everyday, we only stayed 2 days but one day they had bacon and the next day sausage and I appreciate a little variety. 24 hour coffee station what? Amazing The bed was comfortable, lots of pillows, the bathroom was nice, they changed the towels and the toiletries for us everyday so that was nice. AC worked great. The staff was great, really great, very helpful in the reception, during breakfast, helping out with the waffle station, we got 2 keys for the room which is good. Big chain restaurant right next to the hotel is great. Really these are all basic things but I've been traveling recently and a lot of hotels don't get the basics right. The stay was a little expensive but it's what it costs in this area. I'm glad we stayed here and didn't save a couple bucks to stay in another place that wouldn't have been this great.

Not the hotel's fault but getting in and out of this place is a little annoying. Maybe if you live in NJ you're used to these highways, I'm not. This is why it's great there was a restaurant right next to it, when I got in I didn't want to drive some place and come back and get lost in all these NJ turns.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly and worked to ensure the rooms were clean upon our arrival. They allowed us to check in half an hour early and we were able to make our event in time. Their cleaning speed was more than satisfactory and the length the front desk went to to accommodate our check-in time was exceptional. The room itself was pleasant and my group was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is great. Times Square is 30 minutes drive and Amercian dream 10 minutes. This was our second time staying there. The hotel is very clean and service is great. Free breakfast is amazing. ‘BB’ from hotel staff is very nice. She keep an eye if someone need anything during breakfast and refill everything as she is serving. We are going back if have plan of NY

They have a small “pantry” that’s open after hours

No elevator…. Means I had to carry up a carful of packages to the 2nd floor…. Fortunately it wasn’t the 3rd floor!😳 Also GPS doesn’t accurately direct you to the property. I had to call the desk for directions. Better to use the red lobster restaurant for location as they are right on the property
