Waited almost 2 hrs for food to be delivered to my room.

I loved the sweet, and the 24 beds were very comfy for my family of five.

As my family and I tried having a movie night in the living room on the pull out couch, the mattress underneath was very dirty, as well as the sheet on top, we resulted in bringing the mattress from the room in the suite to put on top of the mattress and the couch. Also, there were pieces of food under the couch from a previous stay.

We had no problems during our stay and everything was as described. Good location and relatively fair price to go in and out of New York City. The bus stop is just 10 minutes away and it costs 6 dollars. The hotel room was spacious and well equipped, having soap, shampoo, conditioner and even lotion. I was truly satisfied

We couldn’t turn off the AC and the noise was a bit unbearable at night

It was a nice place close to my family. We were in the area for a family get together and for the two nights we were there to sleep and shower it was nice, safe area. Never tried the rooftop lounge :-(

So when you arrive they charge you an extra $50 a night for incidental, which is fine. I just wish it was mentioned to me earlier or written somewhere on the site. The door to my shower wouldn't close. It kept sliding open as you would take your shower, so that was an inconvenience.

the rooms were a nice size, the business center is centrally located in the lobby so it is easy to access and utilize, and the staff was friendly.

the room was not stocked with nearly enough towels, and housekeeping does go home early so you have to go down to the front desk for extras (not a problem) although the gentleman at the desk would only give my (18yr old) daughter one single towel.

The room was good, good views, good staff

Breakfast was not avaiable most days except a lobby counter which wad acceptable but not exceptional

The location

The room was not as clean as it should’ve been. Considering the sign in the room says clean and sanitize for your safety. The house keeper probably forgot to dust the thick dust off the clock radio sitting on the nightstand. I always travel with Lysol, Clorox wipes. Once entering the room I usually spay and wipe everything down. This is the first hotel chain during the pandemic that doesn’t use the Lysol blue and white tape across the key entry showing sealed and sanitize. I probably should of taking my own advice from last week and booked with another hotel chain. You get what you pay for!

I really liked the bathroom facilities and the cleanliness of the room, but also the hotel in general.

the room that I was in had a extremely loud heater it was hard to fall asleep.
