I loved the sweet, and the 24 beds were very comfy for my family of five.

As my family and I tried having a movie night in the living room on the pull out couch, the mattress underneath was very dirty, as well as the sheet on top, we resulted in bringing the mattress from the room in the suite to put on top of the mattress and the couch. Also, there were pieces of food under the couch from a previous stay.

We had no problems during our stay and everything was as described. Good location and relatively fair price to go in and out of New York City. The bus stop is just 10 minutes away and it costs 6 dollars. The hotel room was spacious and well equipped, having soap, shampoo, conditioner and even lotion. I was truly satisfied

the rooms were a nice size, the business center is centrally located in the lobby so it is easy to access and utilize, and the staff was friendly.

the room was not stocked with nearly enough towels, and housekeeping does go home early so you have to go down to the front desk for extras (not a problem) although the gentleman at the desk would only give my (18yr old) daughter one single towel.

It was a nice place close to my family. We were in the area for a family get together and for the two nights we were there to sleep and shower it was nice, safe area. Never tried the rooftop lounge :-(

So when you arrive they charge you an extra $50 a night for incidental, which is fine. I just wish it was mentioned to me earlier or written somewhere on the site. The door to my shower wouldn't close. It kept sliding open as you would take your shower, so that was an inconvenience.

I love everything about the hotel it's my first time coming there and I will be back there real soon

The TV wouldn't work or the coffee pot after all every thing was great I would be back soon I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends I would rate it 9 that's what I would give the hotel for there hospatyi.

.The atmosphere and cleanliness of the facility is perfect. The parking is very good as well as the location. The restaurant was great and they had karaoke The staff and bartenders were great!

The king bed wasn't as soft as I remember but I also have a purple mattress now so nothing compares lol.. I got ribeye which I wouldn't recommend, very little flavor but cooked as requested.

Location is excellent. Their restaurant on the top panoramic floor is always a nice place for breakfast or a late dinner with awesome views. Rooms are nice.

Housekeeping can be erratic. This is the second time we stay here where there has been an issue with room housekeeping. There was a day when the room was not done. No apologies given. We were just told they did not have the capacity to get to our room. That was it! The snack section in the lobby was empty.
