We came in late from the city and arrived at 1am. The lady at the front desk said we should have called to confirm we were still coming as you had performed an audit and we hadnt checked in. I dont know if this is an Archer specific policy but if you charge me for a room, it shouldnt matter what time i check in. I shouldnt have to call to say i am still coming. While i understand the lady at the front desk was doing her job she was quite rude in her delivery and gave us a room right by an elevator which had alot of noise. The room and stay was excellent otherwise.

Nice large room, large Bathroom, en large and comfortable bed. Very clean and very nice decorated. Very quit and enough space for you luggage. Hotel has great bar and relax places on the ground floor.

The Airco in the room is making a lot of noice and also on te lowest speed. When you turn it of it is getting to warm in the room. At arrival you get 2 little bottles of water do you need more you need to pay $ 5.00 foR just 1/4 Gallon...... water because you can't drink the water in the bathroom (contains chloor) I would advice free drink water for a room with a price of > 400,00 Dollar

The quality and location of the hotel was perfect - 5 stars! I especially liked the fitness area and the quality of my room. Got an excellent night's sleep. Location was perfect - only took me ten minutes to get to my business location.

I can honestly say there wasn't anything that did not meet or exceed my expectations. I will be using this hotel again when I come to the Florham Park area on business. This was well worth the money. The value was excellent.

The hotel lobby and bar look attractive, trendy with nicely done industrial/rustic decor. There are tons of parking. Staffs are nice and helpful. The room looks newly renovated as well. There is a Nespresso coffee machine the room. We were able to order food from the bar and have the food delivered to our room for a reasonable price. The gym looks decent and runs 24 hours, although we were not abele to use the pool due to COVID restrictions.

The tub/ shower in the bathroom is on the smaller side even though the bathroom itself is quite spacious. The tub is lined with a shower curtain that somewhat reminds me of a condo instead of hotel. We ordered chicken wings and burgers from the bar, and the burger was a bit burnt (the kitchen may be busy catering a wedding crowd that night).

Convenient location, stylish rooms and decor. Great bar and staff are incredible.

The counter in the kitchenette had grease spots on it as did the mirror in the living room. The ceiling in the shower enclosure has mildew and bubbling paint which is surprising for a newer hotel. I stayed in the best suite earlier this year and encountered the same issue in the shower.

 The lobby bar and amenities are beautiful. The appetizers, especially the tuna were delicious.

clean, modern hotel near FDU, very convenient , easy check in - "restaurant" very slow, however staff very nice and apologetic

faster service in restaurant area, after waiting an inordinate amount of time for appetizers we had to bag the food, very disappointing. Staff was very nice and apologetic.

Breakfast was fine but underwhelming. Bagel and salmon...bagel not toasted and plate unattractive. Saturday buffet was also lean but fine. Help there was very good.

Not enough hand towels...we got one.

Outstanding hotel! Lovely decor (beautiful lobby with 2 gas fireplaces, plus an outdoor fire pit), nice amenities, friendly staff, immaculately clean, and excellent beds!
