great location.Nice staff.

Their computers were down when I tried to check in at 3pm, I couldn’t check in until 9pm at night due to their computers being down. Huge problem since I was there for a graduation and needed to shower and change after a long drive. And the price for the night was doubled because it was fleet week, so I paid about $600 for staying less than 12hrs at the hotel! They offered a free drink to compensate! I didn’t even use that coupon! The staff was very nice though.

The rooms were nice and appointed well.

The valet parking attendants were aggressive and poorly trained. I had experienced the same mistake as my guest when trying to park and the attendants yelling at us as if we are there every weekend. We are not. They asked us to pull up with poor signaling and scream at us (customers) when we were not clear with their directions when asking again. Never experience such poor service.

complimentary slippers would be nice so you wouldn’t have to walk on the carpets one day housekeeping didn’t show up until 2pm decor cute and in line with other W hotels vibe, but now could be upgraded some especially in the lobby/living room

Maxine at the front desk was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and so helpful! The chairs on the lawn and the beanbag toss were a big hit!

Our curtains weren’t closing properly, but as soon as we mentioned it to Maxine, she sent someone up to fix them right away. Our shower area in our room was a little slippery. You may want to consider putting down a mat or traction pads.

The location is really ideal for our family -- we will return in the fall for sure.

Our room wasn't ready (which is fine, we arrived at 5pm, vs. our estimated 6pm, but we were told we would be texted when it was -- and then we weren't, so we waited quite a long time.

Service at the front desk are professional and friendly. Location is perfect for walking. It’s the only hotel in Hoboken and doesn’t disappoint. Meets the level of quality that you expect from the W. Bed is comfy too.

Rooms are nice but some of the furniture looks like it could use an upgrade. Ice machine was empty and room was smaller that previous one we had booked for same rate.

Location, view, comfort, and able to walk to so many restaurants, coffee, and shops! Only 2 blocks away! The best part of this location besides the view is the 5 minute ferry ride to NYC!!! A+!

Pricey but I always stay here.

Attractive, clean room. Bed was especially comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Dining room was a little too sunny at breakfast. Partially see-through window shades would have been a plus.

Great location, the hotel gym is well equipped. Beds are very comfortable.

The property is starting to look tired in some areas. the lobby bar has lively music playing again but the furniture looks like outdoor furniture they mixed in with the booths that were already there.

The location was close to everything. The view from the hotel room is beautiful. The workers were pleasant and helpful with the stay. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

There was no parking for the hotel. We had to pay to park in a parking garage, although parking should have been included instead of paying an additional fee.
