Daily Rate, Fees, Taxes are cost prohibitive to me straying when I travel to NYC. This was a speacial occassion so I (reluctantly) ate the cost. Since hotel chains always look to separate themselves from their the "4 Star" competitors. Pricing is a way to do this. Suggestion: Run a discount special for recent guests to benefit with a 15% dicount if re-visiting within 30 days of previous stay. You may already have a promotion like this, but ths is my first time staying at Westin property in quite some time. Thank you. B.

Clean and large room. Very comfortable bed and good drawer and hanging wardrobe storage space. Good lighting and good air con. Good sized clean bathroom and over bath shower, though bath tub shallow and not suitable for a good relaxing soak. The hotel was in a great convenient location, easy short 2 min walk to both the Path and the Light Rail network. Giving 20 minute access to New York city and up and down the Jersey City neighbourhood respectively. 3 minute walk to Hudson shorelione with spectacular City Views of New York skyline.

The bath tub was too shallow

room was good size but i was hoping for a room on a higher floor didnt eat at the hotel bed was very comfortable

when i checked in i had to carry 4 heavy suitcases myself to the room as there was no one around the lady who checked me in gave me a room on a low floor with an awful view inspite of my booking in advance and hoping to get a room with a view since i was staying for a week

The accommodations for my service, dog, and myself were above and beyond. The company was very military Friendly.

The restaurant that is part of the company is not military friendly. One time they give you discount. Then they don't they say they only give pilots discounts.. And when I eat breakfast there. The food was good, but the tables were dirty and sticky. And I watched as several staff members never clean the tables..

Great room. Great restaurant. Bar closed too early. Not enough cabs available in the area. Would stay again sooner if the the room rate was a little bit more reasonable.

More cabs needed. Bar needs to be open a little.longer.

We splashed out on a junior suite with river view which felt really spacious and had a great view of Manhattan. We all loved the pool and gym which opened at 5am, perfect for Brits on confused time zones.

Expensive but felt like value for money

Room was very comfortable and I can not rate the breakfast as I did not have opportunity to try it. There was not complementary breakfast and base on the price and place my collogues stay, they did have a complementary breakfast for less money. Same area in Jersey City.

The staff in the counter, the booking experience was horrible, they did were not friendly at all, I got my booking done my company and nobody told us that this was just a pre-paid booking and the real booking had to be made in the counter and the credit card had to be physically there which I did not have as this is a company business credit card. They did not offer any solutions and they were always very rude and reluctant to help. somehow we manage to do the booking an dpay the hotel trough Expedia as they were always not keen to help. Someone from my company financial team was able to pay everything and I did stay 6 nights here.

Room was great size. Bathroom was large and bright. Bedding was very nice and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. It was beyond our expectations. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The parking garage did not belong to the hotel and was an additional charge. There was no valet service and it was quite a walk when a person is handicapped.

The staff is wonderful. Anything we needed they were always ready to help. Our room was spacious and clean and a nice partial view of the NYC skyline. The heated pool was the cherry on top.

There is no valet and the parking garage is about a block away from the hotel. very inconvenient when bringing in luggage, food etc.

I love the Size of my Room , I slept comfortable. Love the fact the Elevator was operated by Key only . My breakfast was Exceptional ( free) . I had dinner at Fire Oak - the food was great .

Would’ve been nice to have a in lobby store 24hrs / also there’s no room service. I’m not sure if it was because of Covid
