This is a perfect location for families(we were with 7) who like to visit NY and sleep well. This is a safe, quite neighbourhood. The appartment is very clean and space enough. Price/quality: 10/10!!!

Not a real disappointment, but something to mention to others: We knew that the distance from the boat/subway to the appartment is 1,5km. This is a nice walk in the morning to start the day. In the evening, we you are tired, it is sometimes "the 1,5km too much" but there are cabs waiting at the station. The price is OKE: 7dollar for the first person and 1dollar on top for each other person.

We stayed in Hoboken for my daughters bday trip to American Dream. the condo was about 17 mins from the mall. The condo was spacious and very bright. the windows were large and allowed for sun to come in from all sides. the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were large and well stocked with Dove soaps and shampoos. That’s an added bonus for me!

Comfortable and modern, common areas and outdoor spaces had furniture and grills. Rooftop deck had a great view of Hoboken and Manhattan.

Bedrooms were a little small and not enough bath towels and wash cloths. Also the top rack of the dishwasher was missing. Could use a few more cooking utensils, pans and bowls if you want to cook meals in.

quiet place to stay while visiting the city that never sleeps

the only downside is that one of the bedrooms is adjacent to the living area ans the wall in between has been put in after so there is a gap that causes less privacy but the room itself is big enough

This location exceeded our expectations in every way. Helpful, attentive and communicative is how I would describe every staff person we encountered. Beautiful, fresh and clean apartment. So pleased that out of all the places we could have stayed this is where we chose.

The host was extremely attentive to every need we had. The apartment is new, premises are extremely clean and taken care of. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a 10-day holiday.

Everything! Booking is easy! Location worked. Apartment was clean and bright.

it was brand-new all the appliances and everything was new it was clean it had a gym.

Booking.com and the f Harmony facility did not communicate with other in handling my bill and they kept calling me about it. There was not enough towels to accommodate my group. there’s no towel racks in the bathroom and no place to put your toiletries in the shower. The shower was also very low pressure and very high on the wall.
