The location was nice.

Refrigerator knob was broken, wrong cleaning products used in furniture making it look dirty, was woken up because of plumbing problems next door.

Very nice and clean hotel and very good facilities the veiw from the rooms to the ocean is stunning

I asked in my reservation for a extra mattes what Was ignored I asked the front desk a few times for a extra roll out bed for my little girl and they didn’t want ti give me.

Chair in my room was ripped. Price kind of expensive. Parking exit machine needs to be replaced. Shower in towel hut was ice cold.

We were not informed ahead of time that the room we had would be a connecting room. If we had known that we would have booked another room. The doors separating our room to the adjoining room were very thin and there was a visible gap between the top of the door and the doorframe. The people next door to us were noisy and you could hear everything through the connecting door. We called the front desk after midnight to complain about the noise and they sent security up to handle it. Otherwise our experience was wonderful. We just feel that the hotel should let people know what type of room they are paying for ahead of time.

Room was not as clean as it should be . heating didnt work they came to fix it right away but still made loud noise. But other then that was a great stay.

The staff was super friendly! This hotel is in such an awesome spot that we plan to go back next year and stay longer. So much to do. Beach, indoor pool, outdoor pool, a swanky boardwalk with endless ice cream shops and candy stores. The food was the best we ever had. Pricey but we’ll worth it.

We arrived late, 8pm. Front desk only had real keys to give us because of late arrival she said so that was annoying to use instead of a card to swipe to get in. The room felt Small. Called front desk to upgrade or get a bigger room and was told all the rooms are the same size. We didn’t have a microwave but they brought one for us. The fridge didn’t work but they replaced it. So they were quick to resolve our issues issues.

It was beautiful. I have a favorite place to stay in South Beach and it was nicer. Beautiful lobby and outdoor dining area, Tiki bar and nice beach chairs that were put out every day and ready for you. I loved my balcony with a side ocean view. The area was very safe to walk around by myself with shops and restaurants and a nice paved boardwalk to walk on.

I wish they didn’t take the beach chairs in at 6 pm as I like to stay out later, especially when the sun sets late. I was a solo traveler, so it was pretty expensive, but I loved it.

Our room was updated. Appeared all new. Very comfortable bed. Very nice and clean bathroom. Lobby is spacious, relatively quiet. 3 elevators moved quickly. Access to the beach boardwalk and the village were very easy. Bar on the boardwalk with live music was nice. Outdoor pool is very nice although the water was cold so we didn't go in, but enjoyed the lounge chairs both at the pool and on the beach. The beach was very clean and well maintained, with very good service from the staff who provided the lounge chairs and umbrella.

The breakfast buffet was not very good. The food seemed to sit too long, became cold and soggy. Having a cook there to prepare fresh eggs or omelet made it much more acceptable. The seating at the restaurant was very comfortable and the staff provided excellent service with a smile. Although we don't play tennis, we noticed that the 2 rooftop tennis courts were run down and not operational. The cost of the room with 2 queen beds was about $500 per night, plus over $100 per night of resort fees and taxes. ???why???

We liked everything Loved the Tiki bar, the fact that beach chairs umbrellas and towels were offered. The outside restaurant and entire outside grounds.

We did not like the restaurants menu selections We wished the menu had more of a selection. For such a pretty place the menu was lame. Also if you could put a limit on the volume of the hotel guests radios that would be great. Some people are so rude playing their music so loud. It really is uncomfortable for the other guest.
