La Quinta Inn by Wyndham West Long Branch

EVERYTHING!! I stayed there from December 16th-17th. The whole staff was extremely pleasant and hospitable. The lady who worked in the night I checked in was extremely nice and personable I definitely felt at home. I ended up leaving Sunday night and the hotel was very accommodating to my request. On Saturday night I had gotten a call from the hotel and it turns out the lady who was working that night found my credit card and she called me to tell me she found it and to cancel it if I wasn’t able to come back. I have NEVER had someone call me to tell me they found my card, 99% of people would just keep it and spend it, but not her! I’m amazed at how nice and trustworthy the staff is. Thank you guys for everything! PS: the beds were extremely comfortable and the place was very quiet. I was very impressed with everything. PSS: the ladies that worked Friday night 12/16 when we checked in around 830/9 should get a raise as well as the lady who was working Saturday night 12/17!!! They are great assets to your hotel!

Easy travel somewhat clean

Not enough towels, gym was closed don’t know why, pool was close don’t know why, I had mold and Mildew in my shower, warmer blanket not just the thin ones , garbage cans outside were over flowing garbage at entrance in the back, need more employees to help with check in, and barely and food at breakfast waiting for a working to come and refill was awhile wait and orange juice machine was broken

It was great the only thing I can say bothered me was the TV on the left side of the TV when u watch it the ad for the TV pops on ever 2 seconds literally and stays on for a good minute other than that every was great I'd stay again and recommend it

The TV the ad on the television popped on every two seconds and u can't get it to stop it blocks the whole screen

Spent New Years Eve with my grandkids the indoor pool was okay seem to be pretty clean.

The smell of weed in the hallways for a 100% smoke-free facility? Also had a problem with the keys having to be reprogrammed several times. The staff seem to be frustrated with us returning to the desk for reprogramming.. I was told well your wife was just here. If the key don't work then the key don't work!

Very nice impression of the stay. Nice location, close to the wedding venues. The receptionist was very nice. The room was clean and spacious. Safe area. Budget friendly. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family.

What I didn't like is I had to check out because my time was up there. They are good people and I hate leaving good people. But I will be back soon. Please let them know that I personally love booking a room there.

I had no complaints at all. Good locale, clean and very comfortable.

My husband was a little annoyed. He stated it was the noisiest hotel he's ever been in. I only heard guests when they were going to the complimentary breakfast. I wish breakfast had healthier options even though it was free.

Only issue I had was the overall construction where handicap access required parking, walking a bit from parking space, then descending a ramp to get to front desk, the ascending a ramp to get to a handicap room. I was traveling light with a modest handicap (fused knee). I could see this as a real problem for a more severe handicap. THIS SHOUL HAVE BEEN TYPED IN THE NEXT BOX

Price, location! Stayed here before and the staff was a little bit more friendly, this time.

Musty smell in room and never enough towels. Had to ask twice, once they were able to give us more and the next time we were told they didn’t have any.

Great value motel, rooms renovated and clean. Free breakfast. Nice indoor pool and hot tub opened to 9pm. I stay here every summer as it's central to Asbury Park, Long Branch and Sandy Hook. I go to Sandy Hook and it's about a 20-25 min drive to the seashore. Staff is friendly.
