MainStay Suites Mt Laurel - Philadelphia

It advertises breakfast however all 4 days there was no breakfast of any sort. Staff was polite and friendly unfortunately online it said check in was at 3pm however when I got there they told me check in was at 4pm and made me pay $25 extra for checking in at 3:35pm. They could have waived it. Also I had 2 additional charges on my bank statement besides the original fee of rooms. Due to it being under $30 I didn’t make big deal but still no idea why. Overall I would stay there again. Very convenient location with stores and restaurants very close by

Being charged for lord knows what, paying $25 extra for checking in 25 minutes earlier. No breakfast.

The location was convient right of the exit Í-95 and 20 míns to Philly. The room was clean but the building corridors needs little cleaning. It was better than my first stay back in December. The best part was Walmart across from the property at a walking distance. The front desk was very helpful because I was missing a pan in my kitchen they arranged it quickly.

The entrance carpet needs some cleaning.

The location was easy to find ,a lot of places nearby to get food.

I didn't like that when I arrived, there was a little bit of drama happening, and all the staff was focused on the incident, so it took a while to check me in. There were no plates or silverware or cups to make coffee. The soap dispenser didn't work, and the mattress was badly stained .Breakfast was not what I expected.

Everything was right at your disposal the toilet the water pressure was slow a little inconvenience. But everything else was fine no problem I would recommend others to stay at this property

The toilet the water pressure when you flush it sometimes the toilet paper went down other times it just floated to the top especially in suite 219

Pleasent and helpful staff. Nice and quiet stay and good location.

Needs to be cleaned better. Sticky kitchen floor and stains on sofa and automon. Broken office chair. Coffee maker missing. Couldn't lock door when checking out which made us feel uneasy. All of these issues were reported to front desk personnel.

I love it here its three weeks i am here and the staff, manager so nice i love it because i can cook my home cook food and i am enjoying my work quietness in day time and they keep it clean i hear the cleaners twice a day. They even knock the door to make sure all light fixtures are working i love that.

Very quiet and clean after working i able to sleep peacefully. I liked i was able to cooked i have a kitchen dishwasher and laundry room. Staff was very polite and just very friendly.

Problem with my keys to access the building and my room. Always had to have them reset my keys.

Rooms are always clean and staff is amazing and friendly. Last check in was very rough but this time it was very hassle free and simple. Still gave great ratings the last time because the staff was still amazing and the room was as well. Can't beat it ta all for the price as well

The way the room was set up, homey feeling.

After my 2 day stay, I check my bank account and found out that the I was ripped off by them. And than they took about 600 dollars off my card. I am now in a bad situation and can not pay my bills. I'm disputing this matter, and prosecuting if I have too.
