Personable staff who made us feel at home. The view from our balcony was amazing and it’s only one block to the boardwalk! Having a guaranteed parking spot was also a bonus. The elevator made it so much easier when it came time to check in and check out with luggage. The room was so much nicer in person with a clean updated decor. It was calm and peaceful at all times thanks to their policy regarding under age guests. Best of all, they are military friendly!

Everything about the Ocean Manor is top notch and so classy! The location is excellent as you can see the ocean from the property and the walk is short and easy. The location could not be better as it is in the center of everything. Ocean Manor is extremely clean and well decorated and very up-to-date. I stayed here with my four children and myself and the kids all said it was the best place they ever stayed! I love this place and will only stay here when I visit Ocean City NJ. Check in and check out is seamless and the owner of the property is awesome and so easy to work with. This place never disappoints and has so much to offer!

I liked everything about the property

The apartment was amazing! We initially had a jr. suite, but were notified that there were issues with the room, and were upgraded to the 5 bedroom apartment at no additional charge. The outdoor patio and fireplace really added to the experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and was always available to answer any questions.

The only reason the rating was a 9 vs. 10 was the parking situation. You were able to park on property, but the listed parking was across the street at another one of their properties. Very tight spaces (we drove up in the pickup). Other than that, we will definitely book this property again.

As soon as you get off the elevator, this place is beautiful! Cute and clean rooms, and beautiful balconies.

When I first walked in to check in, I was sketched out by the outdated lobby and the workers smoking outside when I got there. The lady at the desk was not kind as I was only 22 years old (not 25) as if she was expecting me to be a problem. If I didn’t already have a reservation at that point, I would’ve left.

We loved being only 1 block from the beach; we also enjoyed the swimming pool! The room was great with a full size fridge, microwave, & spacious! Also thankful for clean towels daily.

Would have liked the cleaning staff to leave extra TP in the room; instead we had to ask for it and then hunt it down on our own. Also, the trash in the dining area & on the porch was full to overflowing from day 1 (I was there a week) and it should have been emptied as it was drawing flies & other bugs. Pool's heater wasn't working.

I loved the location just about a half block from the beach. Lovely large balcony to sit on with a morning coffee or just to get catch a great ocean breeze The room was spacious and clean

Well this may sound odd but the toilet seemed to be a bit lower in height. But it could me since I do have some knee problems. But the hand soap bars need to be replaced it had an undesirable scent very industrial

The room was lovely, and the location was perfect. Loved the cute furniture in the room, especially the dresser. The room was cleaned every day, and they did a great job. So close to the beach!

Didn’t realize the 2 full size beds were in different rooms. This is probably a benefit to families, but a little awkward when you want to spend time with your traveling partner.

There was a sign in the foyer that said for 30.00$ additional dollars I could’ve checked in at 12:30 but I wasn’t told that. I traveled 6 hours and would’ve come earlier and been able to go to the beach. I was only there overnight and it rained the day we left. I wished I’d been notified of that option

The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was good and the water stayed hot. The location is excellent for the price, only one block to the beach/boardwalk. We could walk to the shopping district (Asbury Ave), restaurants, etc. The hotel is dated, but the rooms have been renovated. The cleaning staff came in each day to clean even though it didn't really need it.

Located 1 block from the boardwalk and beach. Excellent location. Staff friendly and very pleasant. Facility a little " dated" but quaint. Reminded me of " older relatives home but " homey" and inviting. Terrace chairs could use some cushions but otherwise very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
