Location was Convenient and it was quiet. Ruby at the front desk was very helpful

Getting Housekeeping service and was challenging. I got mixed messages about when to order it. One person said in the evening before, the next person said the morning of. Eventually, we had a room cleaned and they did a great job. On our final night the toilet seat broke off, but it was too late to call for housekeeping. We made it work. Shower was super slippery and when we asked for a bathmat, we were told no they did not provide them and to put a towel on the ground in the shower. Very dangerous.

The hotel was great! The room was comfortable - and the bathroom was well stocked with towels, and supplies. We made use of the Fitness room; that too was more than ample for our needs. The breakfast was more than ample! Lots of food options! Hot and cold food, fruit, and everything!

One small thing. A chronic issue with hotel breakfasts is that the hot food in the chafing dishes is only lukewarm at best. That was the case with this breakfast too.

The employee who was at the desk at check in was great. I regret I can’t recall his name but he was friendly and very helpful with where to find places to eat etc. the hotel was also very clean.

The pool was pretty cold. We got a great price and value for the hotel but a bundle package with digger land would be great and make it one Stop shopping for a family overnight.

Breakfast omelets were good, but the waffles and oatmeal left much to be desired. The coffee was all right, but better creamer options would have been welcome.

Entering the hotel from the roadway is a pain because it can only be entered while heading one direction, and the turn around when going the other direction is a little ways up the road.

We did not eat at the hotel because we met family for breakfast

Upon arrival there was no one at the desk. After waiting a few minutes someone came from outside to check us in. She checked us in but and asked if we had stayed there before, which we have. She then stated, "ok so you know how things work". We went to the elavators and she went back outside

The staff were very courteous and helpful. Tina, the lady serving breakfast, was wonderful! Excellent all around customer service!!

Everything was great. Only suggestions I would make would be to have a bit more breakfast variety and for the indoor pool to be a bit warmer. But overall, everything was great!

Rate is reasonable compared to other neighbors hotels. complimentary Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are set on the wall mount and feel like eco, and much better than small bottles.

Repeat visitor. Like the location and amenities.

A/C is very noisy. Had to turn it off to sleep. Doors stick and had to tug open and shut. Saturday morning lady on the desk unfriendly and unhelpful. Staff is usually great.

Pool area was clean and well maintained, room was clean and decent size, staff was friendly and helpful especially since they had to work on New Years, all around very clean and well maintained hotel

Not that big of a deal but I'd prefer better lighting in the room. It was a little dim to me.

Clean, room was spacious, A/C worked great, refrigerator in room was good size, close to wedding venue (the mansion), has restaurants close by, plenty of parking, has a little snack area.

pillows were a little too soft but that’s just a personal preference
