Very clean, great location and a stunning view. Getting to Manhattan was super easy as the bus stop from right next to the hotel and takes about 15 minutes to Port Authority Bus Terminal near Times Square. Also the ferry is right next to the hotel if you prefer that instead of the bus. It's US$ 9 per person (in one direction) at the time of writing this review. Bus is about US$ 3 or 4 per trip, per person if I remember correctly. Parking was great and easily accessible with in and out privileges. It's about a 20-30 minute drive to the Liberty State Park if you're visiting the Statue of Liberty. Get the room with a view. It was only about ~US$ 30 more for us, but so worth it. You get to see the Manhattan skyline in all its glory, and it's amazing.

Parking was not included in the ticket price. It was US$ 35 per day, which is not too bad, but would've been great if it was included, WiFi is also not included and is a separate purchase. This is on the higher side - US$ 9.99 per day for "standard" and US$ 14.99 per day for "enhanced WiFi".

Great location with excellent ferry connection to Manhatten, though ferry stops at 9.30pm. Large, clean comfortable rooms with good views. Air conditioning was rather noisy, but ok once we were asleep and very effective. Ice and vending machines on each floor with snacks available to purchase by reception.

Nothing could be impoved on at the hotel. The main issue we had was that the ferries to and from Manhatten stopped at 9.30pm, so we needed to get an expensive taxi back in the evening from Manhatten.

Everything was perfect it was very near to Times Square by using bus 156 or 158 or 159 and ticket with 3,5$ Room for three adults contain Sofia bed so no problem and it was comfortable to my son Staff very very nice all of them and I remember Mateo in reception he was very nice like all the staff Normally when I will visit New York again it will be my favorite place to stay Also beside the hotel Whole Food market which contain foods and cooked foods ( like chicken 10$ and salad and pasta ….etc )

Nothing unless the hotel take deposit as guarantee from the credit card which back after ten days work Also maybe the room need fridge but it is not big issue and I don’t need it

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The room was one of the nicest I have ever stayed in, so modern and well thought out. And great travel links on the 158 bus into Manhattan.

That I had to leave.

Rooms were fantastic, spacious with fridge sofa and 2 large tv's. Ice was available, as well as complimentary water. Beds were extremely comfortable.

We had a broken light switch and gas smell coming from the basin in the bathroom. The was reported, and not attended too, during out 5 night stay. When queried with the front desk they were not helpful in resolving. If you are going to stay at the hotel over the weekend, note that light rail and Path train to 33rd street and WTC don't run from Hoboken, and multiple changes are required.

We enjoyed the Sheraton hotel so much that we stayed an extra two days. Our view was amazing. Our room was big and comfortable as well as the bed. It was also well stocked. The staff was attentive and very helpful when we needed them. They always made sure we had what we needed. The restaurant beneci's in the hotel was amazing. The staff there was attentive and nice and always made sure you had what you needed. They even remember your faces when you've been there many times. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to pier 13 and some more restaurants on Washington Street. There is also a Walgreens about a 15 minute walk away as well.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Staff were really helpful and the views from the room was good, The area were the hotel was located was quite and beautiful. We were given all the help we needed and it felt like home when were there for the 10 days.

The building could do with modernisation but it serve the purpose, The shower didn't work well as half of the water was lost through the tap. There was no central place close to the bed you could switch the light off, So every time had to get up all the way to switch individual lights off.

Booked a room with a view and it was excellent, view of mid & lower NY, large room, King comfy bed, quiet, A/cond, great storage, good bathroom, lounge & 2nd TV, location on the water-Hudson river, easy 10 minute walk to large grocery store & train station, ferry at The Sheraton $9 one way with free bus shuttle to Central Park/Midtown or close to Downtown, 15 minute drive to Jersey city venues

Have to pay for Wifi or join Mariott Bonvoy/Sheraton for free Wifi, car parking at $35 a day

Upon my arrival to the hotel I was waited on by Nancy at the front desk. She was GREAT. Nancy was very friendly and a joy to have servicing me. My first room that I was given was not what I felt it should be( strange odor that was unpleasing. I went back down and shared my concern and Nancy took care of it right away. that was quick and on point ( service with a smile). All of your staff are very friendly which is why I would come back again. Plus this was not my first time staying at this hotel.

Just make sure all of your rooms are on point with the way they smell.

The staff was amiable and helpful; the housekeeping lady on the 9th floor, Madeleine, was very polite and friendly and kept our room spotless. she made us feel at home. The property was amazingly close to the ferry, so we didn't have to spend money on transportation to get there. And last but not least, the view of the city from our room was spectacular.

It would be nice to have more dining options at the hotel since everything else is a little far.
