I was travelling with family (husband and 2 kids) and stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. We choose this hotel as it was close to Manhattan but at a better price, and offer a shuttle from/to the airport. The room was a good size and clean, bed was comfortable. We didn't spend too much time at the hotel, as we tried to enjoy NY. the hotel had a shuttle to NY but we ended up using the bus, as Bus stop was 10 min easy walk from the hotel, and took us about 25 min to get to NY (price vary from $3.50 to $4 on the way back). Supermarket (Food Baazar) and Bagel Co where we had breakfast were also close. We also got the bus to go to American Dream World (manager suggestion as it was a rainy day), super easy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We used the shuttle from and to the airport, and we didn't wait long (30 min). We would definitely stay there again.

not exactly a problem but the bathroom layout is a bit strange, as the glass door doesn't make it completely private, but since we were a family that was ok.

The location is great. They have a big covered parking lot.

The lady at the reception was not good at all. She didn’t allow 1 hr before checkin. She was rude also. we are paying 1000 dollars amount and if we are not able to get even 1 hr early checkin, whats the point in making a big brand name like this.

The room : It was much bigger than we expected. Very clean as well. The AC is great and pretty soundless on the FAN mode which was good. Services : Great service 24/7 in the lobby, in case of any need (we needed more towels and body wash bottles), the hotel employees were very available for us. A Shuttle is available for free to take you from or to the hotel, amazing to save time and trouble understanding the many different buses/trains to take. Neighbourhood : Great big supermarket 3 minutes away on foot from the hotel, can save you a lot of money on food by avoiding a restaurant everyday/night.

ROOM : The cleaning lady forgot to trow away the garbage, left a cleaning glove and forgot to refill the body wash in the shower. The windows don't open at all which is a bit sad, not being able to ventilate the room. Soundproofing isn’t so great, we could hear other people's alarms going on in the morning. Breakfast : A bit expensive, 15$ per person for food that was not fresh (eggs or croissants) Neighbourhood : Be careful, the bus is NJ Transit (NEW JERSEY), so the metrocard does not work there, the bus ticket is 2,75$ so it can become very expensive.

Beds were like a cloud! So comfortable. Rooms presented well and nice big shower. Lenny from Reception absolutely made our stay! Such an attentive employee who ensures everyone is taken care of. This was our first visit to the states from Australia, Lenny made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to exceed customer’s expectations. He was run off his feet and very busy each time we saw him but he always made sure all guests were promptly looked after. Thank-you Lenny, we hope management recognises your hard work and 5 star quality customer service!

Very helful, friendly Reception staff specially Sandy and Asma. Cleanliness was superb. On checkout day Asma went extra mile and offered us extra 2 hours to check out as complimentary. Both Sandy and Asma guided us about transportation and recommendations to visit places. There is also big supermarket Foodbazar of few minutes walk from hotel which was very helpful to us. Easy transportation to Manhattan. Reasonable room charges. Very spacious room to accommodate 4 of us, very comfy beds and had nice sleep on them. Nice shower room and toilet. We definitely choose same hotel if we come again next time.

Location is okay if you know where to go next. we had some trouble finding it in the evening .. If you want to get to Manhattan, you can take a ferry and a shuttle from over there - guys at reception were fantastic to provide all details!

Noisy window air conditioner in the room - with absolutely no option to shut it off!

Room was clean and quiet. Was pleased to see that the restaurant is open. The prices look reasonable..

I don't have anything negative to say about here. The mini-fridge wasn't working. After notifying the front desk, an employee came and replaced it within a matter of minutes.

Great for visiting NYC with a car. Parking-garage for guests (no fee) and a short bus-ride to the times-square (bus-stob 5 minutes to walk)

Most rooms of the front-side have a nice view, but this side is very noisy. ACs are running 24/7.

- The room was bright and clean. - The bed was comfortable - We never had any noise problems or unexpected wake ups - The hotel was a 5 to 7 minute walk from a bus stop for a bus that goes to Manhatttan and drops you off near times square. This takes from half an hour up to an hour depending on traffic and how many people are waiting for the bus (we once could not board on the way back from Manhattan to the hotel as the line was very long and the bus was full before we could get on. We had to wait for the next bus. This was not rush hour, in fact it was nearing 11 pm on Thursday). - There is a large grocery store near the bus stop.

- Air conditioner was a bit loud. - There was not enough privacy in the washroom (toilet room). While its nice to be able to use the toilet separately while another person showers or uses the sink, I would have like the toilet room to be a in a more enclosed room with a solid door. - our view (north west corner of the hotel) was on the dumpsters below

The location is very convenient, 6 min walk to the bus station to downtown and free parking is a big plus!! we were given a room that has a back yard view, we asked to change it and they immediately changed it and gave us what we asked for. The toilet is separate from the shower which is good, but no privacy because of the glass door. The hotel is environment friendly and encourage Reusing Hotel Towels so you have to ask for clean or extra towels when needed.

No shower mats and you can hear people in the hallway and next door
