This hotel is an excellent deal. It's close to NYC. Very clean rooms, the parking lot is good and the staff is very helpful.

1-The breakfast is included but in my case needs improvements because there were only sweet-based options like pancakes, waffles, muffins, cookies and some juices. No eggs or ham, etc. 2-Also, you will need to deposit US$150 for a safe box (no one told me about that in advance), and so during the check in, the receptionist told me that the $150 will be reimbursed if there is nothing to claim from them to the same card. However, at the check out time is when the desk girl told me that the reimbursement would take up to 5 days.

I like how large the room is.

The building needs better structural upkeep. Its litterally falling apart. You can tell that it was once a very upscale hotel. Unfortunately, it needs renovation. As for my room, there were several defects. The Hottub had a broken jet, and the tile around the tub was cracked in multiple places. Staining to furniture, etc. We had a great time & comfortable stay beyond a couple of cosmetics the building needs.

The Manager Veronica was very helpful and caring after Booking.com did not notify the hotel of my reservation modification. from Aug 1st thru Aug 3rd to Aug 3rd thru Aug 5th.

Booking.com did not notify the hotel of my reservation modification. from Aug 1st thru Aug 3rd to Aug 3rd thru Aug 5th. This resulted in my having to delay my check-in for 40 minutes and during this time I had to call booking.com and attempt to have a representative from booking.com call the Hotel to verify the modification.

Staff went above and beyond and helped me and my Son have a great stay. It didn’t look like we would make the journey and the aftermath is so worth our trip. Thank You all for having us.

Very friendly staff. Great value. Room was clean, just a little humid and musky. Lots of parking spaces.

One downside was water in the shower was extremely hot! close to boiling water hot. Had to let the water run for awhile before getting warm water. only had to-go breakfast bags that includes juice, granola bars and muffin bites. Elevator broke down on check-out day, but that was our bad luck.

I liked the proximity to Metlife stadium, where we went to see a concert. The room was clean and comfortable and the jacuzzi was nice

The breakfast offered was not much- just waffles and breads, we usually expect to see some fruits and yogurts among other staples

The room was clean. Check-in and Check-out were very quick processes. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

There wasn’t enough tables for everyone to sit for breakfast in the morning. Not a huge deal though, we asked the lady serving the breakfast and she gave up permission to eat in our room.

Everything was good . Staff very cooperative. Cleaning was excellent. Breakfast was good. This is very close to everything in New York after passing through the tunnel.

It was a little farther than I thought from Manhattan. That was just me. You do have to pay for the shuttle, and that was a bit strange.
