Great location! Ocean view from room & lovely sun decks. Grills available to use. Great price for beach front & close to Cape May & Wildwood boardwalk. Nice staff. Good couch. Crystal clean pool. Daily cleaning of pool & common areas by staff. Beach stuff storage area. Full size fridge & kitchen accoutrements.

Hard beds, dated linens & some furnishings & a/c unit poor performance & a/c cleanliness. Paint chipping on sundecks & similar run-down / dated feel of some areas (as opposed to vintage feel which it had & was good). Needed more umbrellas that could move around (not the ones attached to tables).

Pleasant owners, nice room, ocean view, oversized deck, 20 sec walk to the beach, and supplied all kitchen ware for cooking and eating.

Recommendation of more local stores like grocery, Walmart, or Dollar General in the room binder with address. It said the hotel had a premium cable channel but did not work.

The pool area was very clean and maintained. The rooms, though small were welcoming. They had 3 gas grills to use that were all VERY clean and maintained. A small kitchenette was there, if you forgot anything at home, they definitely had it for you. The manager was extremely friendly and eager to make our stay the best!

The mattresses could have been a little better. It felt like I was sleeping on the ground. That is my only complaint.

The set up of the efficiency room is great. Spacious and convenient for eating in. Easy access to the beach. Great pool area and decks for relaxing.

The beds were very hard and could be updated or a topper added. The shower curtain liner needed to be changed out.

Location to the beach. Having a pool on site was great. It was nice to have the ability to use the BBQ grills on site if you wanted to. Staff (Alex) was very helpful during our stay along with the housekeeping staff.

We enjoyed being so close to Cape May for less investment and being right on the beach. Having a small kitchen was a bonus for doing things at our room. The outside seating was very nice for the view as well as eating outside.

The parking was about the tightest spaces I have ever seen. I know they were full and each spot was at a premium. Some minor issues, but nothing that would keep us from staying again. We were surprised we were asked to give $20 cash for a deposit. First I ever had to do that in many years of staying places. As soon as I gave my keys back, I was given the cash back.

great stay!!! right next to the beach. manager was wonderful, friendly and always around making sure everyone was comfortable. room Good size, pool was very clean!

This is one great motel which includes rooms providing you a great view of the ocean from your room and also a fantastic pool.The manager and the staff are very hospitable and ensure they give us the best stay.Would highly recommend it and would surely return back to stay soon.

Right on the beach, parking provided, clean pool, grills and tables to eat outside.

No elevator and on the 3rd floor with small kids. AC was in the bedroom and not living room area. Parking was very tight spots.
