The room was very clean. The office had reasonable hours that it was open

The rooms are a bit dated but very clean. Not a fan of the black paint for the pool. It came off on our skin and bathing suits. (Felt tar like).

This place was deff. A nice place to stay if your looking for something cheap. Only a block from the beach. We simply walked out and it was across the street. The air conditioner was awesome. We had a budget room and was on the 3rd floor. We stayed on the second room from the last so there was a big huge patio deck with sunchairs out out door. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice as well. And I loved how they set a coffee and cookie table out every morning self serve.. We overall had a great time here and I would absolutely stay here again in the future!!

The only thing I have to say is their was no elevator. We were on the third floor with 3 kids and tons of stuff. We managed though. And the ice machine didn't work.

We were very close to the beach, the staff and the owners are wonderful people and are always available.

The beds were uncomfortable, they were older and it felt like the springs were poking through. The pillows were very flat and not enough

Tough to find a room for a family of 6. Plenty of space in the bedrooms, pleny of pillows. Easy walk to beach and hotel next door has a restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Nice pool with olenty of seating/lounging.

Bathroom was small. Sofa bed in kitchen area, when open you can only use 1 side of kitchen table. No blinds in the kitchen, floor is a bit sloped. Blinds in front bedroom don't block out light to well. Front ac unit is at the top of wall, need to stand on chair to reach controls. A little outdated.

The room was very good! The refrigerator was bigger than expected. The bathroom is small, but it served it's purpose. The room was bigger than I expected. Had a table with 2 chairs, would have like at least 3. The pool is big and clean and had a separate baby/toddler pool. Plenty of lounge chairs to lay by the pool. Johnny is super nice and is cleaning up all the time. The beach was half a block away!! The parking area is super small, but grateful to have free parking! Had 2 chairs to sit outside and enjoy the view of the beach and ocean! I definitely would book there again! Thank you Viking staff!

Small bathroom, but served it's purpose. The parking spaces are super small, but still grateful for free parking. The one night we came back and there was no parking spots, but I pulled in front of the dumpster.

It was clean. Staff friendly. Warning Pickle ball courts across street. They start 8 am! We enjoyed watching them.

Pool was painted black to absorb the sun to heat water. Not good, very, very uninviting. No music allowed at all. A good distance from boardwalk but $3 Jitney made it better.

This place was very great on price !Very close to the beach,you basically walk out the hotel and across the street your there, the pool was great ,very clean. The walk to the boardwalk brings you right where you can grab the tramcar or walk the boardwalk. I stayed for 4 days and Will stay here again!!! The staff was great from the ease of checking in, to the staff that every morning we saw them cleaning windows,changing sheets, vacuuming the rooms, and restocking the towels. The pool was spotless runs from 3ft -9ft and was great,it even has a 1ft section for the smaller kids. BBQ grills fully available for everyone just a great place to stay. And there was no noise, great night sleep each night. I would recommend the VIKING to everyone.

I can't say I didn't like anything, I liked this place. I have nothing negative to say.

The location was excellent when we came down for a country music festival. The pool was excellent and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and available to provide any assistance and extra towels, TP, etc as needed. The property is as advertised and a good value for what was expected.

The ice machine was out of service the weekend we were in town. The beds are a little uncomfortable with little support. The shower alternated from freezing cold to boiling hot and there was poor water pressure at times.

Excellent for the price we paid.....room was recently renovated and very clean.....staff was great...... definitely will be a repeat customer
