Friendly and helpful staff! Very Clean! Free shuttle to boardwalk, free bikes to ride, free beach chairs to use! Beautiful and well maintained beach! Everything was excellent except the parking. Very tight and close. Had overflow parking area but that was very full also.

Only complaint was the parking. Would have been nice if pool was opened later than 9pm and if check out would have been later than 10am.

The room was very clean and updated, beds and pillows were very comfortable, plenty of room for a family of 5 -queen and full bed in bedroom, and couch pulls out to a bed with 2 large TVs total. There are towels at the pool, plenty of seating at the pool. Can borrow beach chairs from the pool area to take to the beach. The walk to the beach isn't far and it is less crowded since you are further down the boardwalk. There is a shuttle that will take you to the boardwalk entrance at the convention center.

Maids did not clean our room on one of the days, condsidering the high nightly cost this was very disappointing. Don't bother buying snacks at the front desk...as we checked out my kids grabbled 4 ice cream bars, I asked them to just charge to the room and it was over $18 which I didn't know until after we left. Wish we had known about the shuttle on day 1, would've saived a lot of money on parking

Our room overlooked not only the pool, but we gad a gorgeous ocean view! The bed was comfortable, the room was immaculate and the shower had terrific water pressure!

The price, but to be fair, prices have risen exponentially in Wildwood and Cape May.

The room was clean, spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Beach access was right outside the door. Mahalo provided beach chairs and also offered bicycles to ride. There were foot and rinsing sprays accessible by the beach entrance/exit. There were portable restrooms on the beach. The hotel had a lovely pool, lounging space and towels. There is a wonderful relaxing area, on the second floor, with comfortable chairs overlooking the beach. There are chairs outside the rooms so you can sit outside your accommodations. Coffee is provided in the lobby each morning. There are snacks available for purchase, which is super convenient. Ice is available in abundance in an easily accessible area. The cleaning and check in staff were helpful and friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was that the water heater was on the other side of the bedroom wall. It was very loud and cycled on and off during the night. I was in an end unit, so I'm sure I would not have heard it, if I had been elsewhere. Other than that, everything else was great!

Great location just steps away from the beach. Also, a quick drive to Cape May and Wildwood boardwalk. The lobby, rooms and surrounding areas were clean. The pool was a good size and offered a nice option for a midday swim. Seeing Maui the macaw in the lobby adds a nice touch.

While the room was nicely decorated and clean, it was a little small for a family of five. The bathroom is a bit cramped and the sink area is small, so it’s hard to spread out your toiletries, etc. It would be helpful to have a sink and mirror (or a vanity area) right outside the bathroom so people can get themselves ready without needing to be in the bathroom.

Room was well-sized for 3. Clean, nice decor, appropriate room amenities. Perfect location on Diamond Beach, right by a beach entrance, low outside traffic, quiet surroundings. Pool area and other outside amenities were well kept and clean. Great, unobstructed view if you get an ocean view room.

Staff at check-in could've been more friendly and engaging - it seemed like checking someone in was a bother. I asked staff for room service, and they only provided additional towels left by the door. The parking lot is very tight and may only have as many spots as rooms, and some spots are lined up with the support columns making most spots a tight fit. Some wear and tear in the room - my room needed the center console replaced because the side was bowed out and the door to the fridge was hard to open, water spots in the bathroom, trim damage around the entry way - nothing horrendous but is in need of some detailing. The pool area is nice but could be taken to the next level with some lights at night in the area or in the water itself. A firepit area could be a nice addition.

The pool was immaculate. Plenty of chairs and places to lounge. We loved the 2nd floor ‘deck’ and ate breakfast & had coffee up there both mornings we were there. View was great!

Wait time for elevator. I had my daughter in a stroller to go back & forth to pool, beach, meals etc using the elevator was our only option to get downstairs. The elevator was small and many times I had to wait for it to go all the way down to lobby, drop everyone off and then come back up for us because I could not fit in the elevator with anyone else. Overall - minor inconvenience

Loved the location away from the boardwalk and close to the nature preserve and private beaches. The rooms were so comfortable and spacious. The pool was perfect and loved that there was a separated area for little ones. Love that we didn’t have to worry about beach chairs or towels.

The elevator could be slow and there is only 1. There was also only one trolly for the entire hotel and a lot of times was unavailable. It was also difficult to get the trolly in the elevator and around corners on the balcony.

There wasn’t breakfast, at least not on Monday morning. I saw the empty pans and broilers, but just the grab and go cereals were available. Not sure if I missed something in the information. It was really nice to have a hotel nearby with restaurants that we could just charge to our card on file and not have to carry a wallet or purse!

We were told by housekeeping they’d empty our trash and bring more towels - neither of which happened and we ended up walking to dump our own trash each day.

Hotel mascot Maui the Macaw and his handler absolutely delighted our five-year-old every morning as Maui arrived for "work" each day. The pool was calm and relaxing, the room was spacious, nicely decorated, and comfortable, and the free beach chairs to borrow made it easy to take advantage of the free beach access next door.

Unfortunately, everyplace at the Shore is very expensive during the summer, and this was no exception. It felt like fairly good value overall, because we had a great experience, but it was still a stretch for our budget.
