Friendly and helpful staff! Very Clean! Free shuttle to boardwalk, free bikes to ride, free beach chairs to use! Beautiful and well maintained beach! Everything was excellent except the parking. Very tight and close. Had overflow parking area but that was very full also.

Only complaint was the parking. Would have been nice if pool was opened later than 9pm and if check out would have been later than 10am.

The room was very clean and updated, beds and pillows were very comfortable, plenty of room for a family of 5 -queen and full bed in bedroom, and couch pulls out to a bed with 2 large TVs total. There are towels at the pool, plenty of seating at the pool. Can borrow beach chairs from the pool area to take to the beach. The walk to the beach isn't far and it is less crowded since you are further down the boardwalk. There is a shuttle that will take you to the boardwalk entrance at the convention center.

Maids did not clean our room on one of the days, condsidering the high nightly cost this was very disappointing. Don't bother buying snacks at the front desk...as we checked out my kids grabbled 4 ice cream bars, I asked them to just charge to the room and it was over $18 which I didn't know until after we left. Wish we had known about the shuttle on day 1, would've saived a lot of money on parking

Our room overlooked not only the pool, but we gad a gorgeous ocean view! The bed was comfortable, the room was immaculate and the shower had terrific water pressure!

The price, but to be fair, prices have risen exponentially in Wildwood and Cape May.

The room was very spacious and there was plenty of closet and drawer space. The staff was very accomodating, especially the shuttle driver who went above and beyond and dropped us off at out locations instead of at the convention center. Each time we needed a shuttle he was there within minutes. The resort was sold out the weekend we were there and you would never know- it was so quiet and peaceful that you forgot entirely that you were in Wildwood.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. The parking spaces were small, but its understandable due to the size of the block.

The place is absolutely beautiful. One of the best rooms we’ve ever stayed in. We had a balcony, and there were two chairs outside the balcony. The view was another beautiful building huge across the way. I believe it was condominiums, but it was very quiet and didn’t see anybody. There is no food served just so you know. There are vending machines and a little gift shop and there was coffee every morning that you can have. The staff is very friendly and very kind and the place is very clean and beautiful. We brought a lot of our own food as we knew there was no breakfast being served. We drove so we were able to bring a cooler. There are however many restaurants around. There is a fridge and coffee maker in the room and there is TV and wifi. The bed was extremely comfortable and because we had our adult son, there was a pullout couch, but we didn’t realize it was in living room at the time of booking, I assumed it was 2 queen beds-my bad for not paying attention. This place is right on the water. Out the back door and there’s the beach was definitely worth the money. They were closing next weekend so I would assume that has something to do with the quiet I believe. I don’t know what the rates are for the summer. The beach alone and also the area are enough that we want to go back, simply the softest sand ever.

The fact that they didn’t serve continental breakfast was a bummer but there are plenty of restaurants around.

The room was clean, spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Beach access was right outside the door. Mahalo provided beach chairs and also offered bicycles to ride. There were foot and rinsing sprays accessible by the beach entrance/exit. There were portable restrooms on the beach. The hotel had a lovely pool, lounging space and towels. There is a wonderful relaxing area, on the second floor, with comfortable chairs overlooking the beach. There are chairs outside the rooms so you can sit outside your accommodations. Coffee is provided in the lobby each morning. There are snacks available for purchase, which is super convenient. Ice is available in abundance in an easily accessible area. The cleaning and check in staff were helpful and friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was that the water heater was on the other side of the bedroom wall. It was very loud and cycled on and off during the night. I was in an end unit, so I'm sure I would not have heard it, if I had been elsewhere. Other than that, everything else was great!

Great location just steps away from the beach. Also, a quick drive to Cape May and Wildwood boardwalk. The lobby, rooms and surrounding areas were clean. The pool was a good size and offered a nice option for a midday swim. Seeing Maui the macaw in the lobby adds a nice touch.

While the room was nicely decorated and clean, it was a little small for a family of five. The bathroom is a bit cramped and the sink area is small, so it’s hard to spread out your toiletries, etc. It would be helpful to have a sink and mirror (or a vanity area) right outside the bathroom so people can get themselves ready without needing to be in the bathroom.

The room was a decent size for our group of 3 (Queen double suite). The bathroom was clean. The walk to the beach was short and even though the weather was over cast and rainy the ocean was gorgeous. The pool was a good size and our first night there nice and warm. Which was nice since the weather was cool. It was nice having a fridge and microwave in the room. We also loved the free bike rental.

The bathroom was a bit small. The living area chair was dirty and the couch bed uncomfortable. The pool was warm our first night there, however the next day it was much cooler.

Renovated in the past few years, this hotel still had the veneer of feeling new. The room and common facilities were top notch. The pool with its hanging rain garden thing was the best weve seen in the area. Views of the Atlantic Ocean were spectacular. Great arts and crafts activities for kids at sister Icona hotel a block away.

The staff was very young and somewhat inexperienced but were nice and polite.

Room was well-sized for 3. Clean, nice decor, appropriate room amenities. Perfect location on Diamond Beach, right by a beach entrance, low outside traffic, quiet surroundings. Pool area and other outside amenities were well kept and clean. Great, unobstructed view if you get an ocean view room.

Staff at check-in could've been more friendly and engaging - it seemed like checking someone in was a bother. I asked staff for room service, and they only provided additional towels left by the door. The parking lot is very tight and may only have as many spots as rooms, and some spots are lined up with the support columns making most spots a tight fit. Some wear and tear in the room - my room needed the center console replaced because the side was bowed out and the door to the fridge was hard to open, water spots in the bathroom, trim damage around the entry way - nothing horrendous but is in need of some detailing. The pool area is nice but could be taken to the next level with some lights at night in the area or in the water itself. A firepit area could be a nice addition.
