Saratoga Resort

The family that owns the property could not have been any nicer. I’ve been made cleaned our room was extremely pleasant. The owner even asked if there was anything he could do better to make our stay for the state of people coming in the future better.

To be honest with you we liked everything about the property. It was so close to the beach which is really the reason why we were there.

Pool was very nice, allowed us a little earlier check in. Main reason i will be back is the staff was the best, anything we needed they helped us if they could.. pool was big enough room for us all to be in and not bumping into eachother.

Air conditioner was broken! But i called the emergency number and a man came within 5 minutes to replace.. kind of annoying being on vacation but things happen i guess.. he was very nice and helpful and we appreciated it. Also 2 tvs and only 1 remote was a little inconvenient. Bathroom was very small! On booking it also said we were going to have 2 queen beds and they were 2 full beds, i would change the description on there just so guests know. If you are new to wildwood this hotel is at the very end.. great beach access, you have to DRIVE to the boardwalk though.

Suggestions: Should think about keeping the pool open until 10-11p for people that enjoy night.swimming after a long day. The pool lights are meant to be enjoyed not just looked at. Upgrades/maintenance needed in rooms. The bathroom fan was very noisy . Air contioner worked great, but a tad noisy at night. Sounded like a low cop siren when it would kick on. Lol The day care taker was training staff and noticed all the dirty sheets and white towels just thrown on cement back where outside showers are. Laundry bins with wheels help with that Possibly a dum waiter on the end of the building to help staff?

Great location close to the beach. The pool was a good size. Room was old school, but comfortable. You wouldn't want to spend any more time than necessary in the room as the beds pretty much filled up the entire space . The beds were very comfortable though. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach.

There are huge condos built right behind the inn and they kind of tower over the property. When we were there the chemistry was a bit off in the pool so it was a little greener than it should have been, but still ok to swim in. Pool opened too late (10) and closed too early (8). Should have been 8am to 10pm.

Location was great, the room was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the shower was nice and strong and hot.

It would be nice to have another mirror in the main room as there were four women trying to get ready and there was only one mirror in the bathroom. Also, a microwave would be helpful when we could eat our leftover Italian dinners!

Loved our stay here. The weather was a bit gloomy this weekend but we made the most of it.. (went to the Dogtooth bars and grill several times great place good food) Nice quiet room on the end closest to the ocean (rm101). Had the basics for a nice stay.... checking out very sweet staff. I've been staying here for almost 30 years from just after highschool.... always loved the pool and the fact the beach and water is a closer walk than most hotels..... I highly recommend if your looking for the basics just steps to the beach maybe 15-20 yards.... thats the most important thing for me.... and we just drove to the boardwalk when we wanted to...

Not much dislike at all... I already knew what to expect. A classic Wildwood hotel no bells and whistles but fine with me and the price was fair...

I loved that the location was right next to the beach. The staff was incredibly nice, Chuck specifically was very kind and made the check-in easy and fun. The room was also quite spacious and quiet.

When I pulled the covers, the corner appeared to have a black color and hair all of it. There were also black markings on the bedsheet as well, it seemed as though it was not clean. The floors were incredibly sticky and made my socks turn dirty when walking around.

Breakfast not offered; pool was very nice; management/employees very friendly and accommodating!

mirrors were to small & high up for us shorter people (5'1"; 5'5" tall); Bed was high up for us to crawl up onto; 1 overhead (fan) LIGHT in bedroom not functioning; Receptacle above stove top is loose to wall. Would be nice to have "Newsmax" as an option for TV selection.

Upon arrival I was greeted by Niru, who was very kind and gracious! Our room was very clean and smelled fresh when we entered. The room was spacious for my family of 4 with 2 king beds that were firm but in my opinion very comfortable. The atmosphere outside our room was quiet and peaceful despite their being other families around. My grandchildren had a blast in the pool! The 5 minute walk to the beach was another highlight of our stay at the Saratoga Inn.

Great location close to boardwalk and surf lessons. Kids enjoyed pool with diving board. Cafe had great service and delicious food at better prices than boardwalk. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

We thought we were getting a room with 2 kings and a sofa. Apparently, we did not book the room with sofa. Take care in room choice. Wildwood experienced a massive bike theft one night while we were there. Very thankful that our 5 bikes were spared, though some tools were taken off bike and 4 other bikes were stolen from property. This is not the fault of this property since many hotels were affected from North Wildwood through the Crest with hundreds of bikes stolen. I mention to suggest that you store bikes in the lobby overnight (management was very accommodating about this)or at least right in front of your room (chain to pool fence) rather than in bike rack near the street (though they may be moving the bike rack after that event).
