Clean and modern rooms. Love that the shower is a regular walk-in shower, not a bathtub!!! Thank you for getting rid of the bathtubs. AC was able to cool down the room on a 100° plus day in Albuquerque. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

AC was fairly noisy and rattled quite a bit.

It was nice to be able to have breakfast included with our stay. The beds were very comfortable also. I liked how there was also an extra pull out bed below the couch.

Everything was good I cannot think of anything that would make it better. First time staying here we will definitely stay here again soon.

Newer modern hotel in a well lit area. Felt safe leaving my car overnight. Encountered a problem with my reservation at check-in, but the hotel staff person was very helpful and efficient and rectified it immediately. Room was very clean and spacious with plenty of bath towels provided. Beds were amazingly comfortable! Breakfast was adequate -- offered a couple of hot options as well as fresh fruit which I appreciated. Overall, a beautiful hotel that exceeded my expectations in comfort, safety and cleanliness.

Maybe a bit more variety at breakfast would have been nice.

The location was great. Easy to get right on I-25 to get around, whether it was north to Santa Fe or into downtown. It appears to be a newer hotel, so in great shape. Good size room. The sofa can actually turn into two beds with the trundle bed that pulls out. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly.

There are some peculiarities. The bathroom has bluetooth, and each time you turn on the light it beeps, which is a problem if you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and there are others in the room. Just make sure to use the second switch. Entry door is a little loud, so you can hear the other guests in other rooms go in and out. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the hotel and would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time to stay in this hotel. We decided to return based on our first experience. The room was clean and spacious. The location is perfect with a nice Mexican restaurant and other eateries just steps away. The breakfast bar was open this time and it was nice though we chose to eat in our room.

The hotel had gotten struck by lightening the night before we arrive and knocked out the internet. This was disappointing. Most of the staff was nice though there was a staff member who seemed put out when we asked for more towels. The price of the room was much higher than our last stay so I would probably research other accommodations the next time I am in Albuquerque.

The HVAC unit it wasn't working correctly The toilet ran all night the 1st Night we were there. The carpet was wrinkled. One of the elevators was not working.

The location is easy on and off the freeway. You can drive (freeway) to excellent dining just 6 minutes south from the hotel OR you can walk to several small restaurants & sandwich shops (as close as 40 yards. Trader Joes is 2 miles east. Target is across the street. My room was quiet :) Parking was easy and appeared to be safe. The lobby is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The gym is adequate with a 5 cardio, some dumbell's and a bench. Reservation required. I did not use the indoor pool. Reservation required. The room was very clean with microwave and mini fridge. The coffee machine is a typical pod with weak coffee. The TV has many channels as well as HBO. With your password you can access Netflix and Amazon Prime. Basic breakfast in the morning including scrambled eggs & sausage.

A minor issue is you like strong coffee. The coffee maker didn't get the water hot enough to extract flavor from the coffee pods. Coffee in the lobby is stronger and served early.

Room size but you do get a lot of options including desk and office chair. Office chairs a little on cheap side.

The staff was very nice and accomodating. They answered all of our questions and helped with restaurant recommendations. We were there for the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta, and the staff set up breakfast as early as 4:00 AM so that we could grab something quickly and they even had bags that we could use to put food in. We also used the pool and it was all around great.

Disappointed in lack of refrigerator in room. NetFlix access was not available 4 out of the 5 nights.
