The pool was nice. Unique foyer. Open upper levels.

The pool and how staff was inattentive of it's needs. Which isn't there fault of the lack of respect guests had for it's property. Also including the vomit in the only elevator on the premise. Then no kitchen staff for breakfast. But ad says there is. As well as sheets having stains.

The customer service is prompt, courteous, and convenient. You're able to text the staff with any issues, and they are quick to respond. Our room had amazing artwork on the walls. It was amazing to look at. Lounge is great downstairs, according to the bartender, it's only supposed to get better. Location is very convenient to anything near the north side of town.

The outside has been updated and looks amazing. The rooms may need a little TLC, perhaps a deep clean now and then. Overall very comfy though, whether it's a quick trip or a long stay.

We loved the art rooms, decor and the hotel set up! The guy that checked me in was super nice! The pool setup was so amazing! A big plus that it had a balcony.

There was no breakfast or restaurant inside. We were traveling and really just wanted to sit down and relax. Not have to go out to eat. On booking it showed there was a restaurant. That should definitely be updated. As we would have got food before we arrived at the hotel.

The hotel has an interesting, even unique decor. We enjoyed a quick dip in the hot tub and pool. We also enjoyed a couple drinks at the bar and a delicious hamburger from the food truck. The bartender/bar manager was very friendly. It is right off the freeway, so it was easy to find, and it was easy to get to the airport from there. On the whole we were very happy with the Nativo Lodge.

The noise from the freeway was a little loud when we opened to door to the balcony. We had some trouble using the TV. At present the hotel does not have a restaurant, but fortunately there was a food truck the evening we were there. Without the food truck, we would have had to drive around to find a place to have dinner. So, if you might be looking to eat at the hotel, you might check with them ahead of time to see if there is a food truck scheduled for the days you want to be there.

I felt like I was dreaming at Nativo Lodge. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, handwritten greeting card + blue and yellow taffy from Monique, Keurig coffee, plush chair, super comfortable bed, balcony, and best of all, walls painted by a local Navajo artist (room title: Weaving Wonderland). Traditional Southwestern lodge decor. Authentic teepee out back by the swimming pool. Nativo Lodge is an otherworldly experience that I didn't know existed. Thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Michael

Artistic and Native American Vibe. Bed was good. Cleanliness was good. Staff was friendly and outgoing. Swimming pool and hot tub were nice and you can relax and listen to music in the Teepee because it has a built in stereo. The Messanine was also very nice and we enjoyed walking around looking at the art. We liked the complimentary beverages and awesome painting in our room.

For 200 dollars these days people expect a frigerator or microwave in the room. Also there was no live streaming on the TV such as Netflix or Roku. The place does seem a little run down and could use some general repairs particularly in the pool room on the ceiling and in room 510 there is water damage on the wall. A little TLC goes a long way. It would benefit your Artist as well to come retouch any repairs done to the wall. A mural in the Pool room would be awesome and maybe a rotating exhibit of local artists....there is plenty of wall space. It was sad to see that the restaurant was not being utilized. So much potentential this place has. I would go back just to support the effort of keeping this place going!

The bed and bed linens were fabulous. The room was very large and the bathroom layout was great for two people to share. Everything was super clean.

The bathroom sink drained very slowly. The lobby and lounge area are very dark at night. I know it is meant to be atmospheric (I think like a kiva) but it just seems almost a little scary when checking in late.

The woman at the front desk was very sweet and we absolutely loved her! She helped accommodate us with our cancelation from one of our friends. The free drink at the check-in was absolutely a great treat, too.

The layout of the hotel was great, but it definitely needs to be updated with painting and some better furniture with more USB port and outlets.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! Convenient texting communication, which I loved. Staff responses were in a timely manner. My requests were met. The Morning and Evening check in staff were truly inviting. Very clean hotel as well as the room. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfy. Parking was easy and free. Location is right off the I-25 freeway, making all our commuting easier. Not far from shopping, fast food and dine in restaurants.
