I chose this location because of my job and the area. I like that it is quiet and I feel secure here being a single female staying alone.

The staff ! The facility for the price charged. The location.

The fact guest were required to place a $100 damage deposit in cash before the room was assigned to them. This is the first time I encountered this practice. Guests should be notified of this before booking online. Yet, staff explained why this practice was instituted to protect the facility and it became understandable. But guests should be told this before they booked a room.

I loved the fact that the hotel had so much to offer and it was much more affordable! You guys have blankets!!! For someone like me who has anemia, that's always a plus!

I didn't like that you had unprofessional staff. One woman was coked up and another woman thought it was funny to not be able to give me an extra key when my baby was in the car and I locked myself out of the room.

The kitchen is well equipped, you do have to request cookware and dishes but staff was very friendly and was easy to obtain. Crystal at the front desk is very helpful and very attentive to request or questions. Honestly, I was reserved due to the poor reviews, but for the price, location, and cleanliness, I am not disappointed. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing I can think of, I travel a lot for work and being a solo female traveler, I slept good.

It was clean quiet and warm

The staff is unfriendly they act like you're an annoyance and give attitude it used to be 1000% better before the new staff and a few times they never are able to check you in until 15 to 20 after they should be

The establishments continued ignorance to federal mandated laws. that state... if they are not going to provide smoking rooms to the guests, then they must provide a smoking area that shields the guests that smoke, from the weather and the temperatures. Not tell them to get far away from the buildings. That would place most on tge sidewalk next to tge Street and the passerbys.

Vending machines, free local phone service

I asked for extended time check out day and couldn't get. I had to stand outside room with my baggage to wait for my transportation

Location was great... staff was so helpful all the way from the cleaners to maintenance to receptionist to managers this place really has it together. I rent 6 rooms for my coworkers and I we love it here they welcome us like family and I highly recommend staying at this property if your ever in the area.

Hard to fined anything to complain about it’s a great place to stay

We had a good place to stay in.

The cleanliness of the room was not satisfactory. There is a stain on the wall above the right side of the headboard. In the kitchen floor there was dirt on the tile creases wasn't swept and the restroom shower there was hair on the wall, tile is dirty and floor wasn't swept also there was one less than half of toilet paper.
