Courtyard by Marriott Albuquerque

ALL of the staff was Pleasant, kind, and professional. Even the young people- they were especially helpful. The property was clean, easily accessible and nicely decorated. I loved having 3 pillows on each bed of different firmness. I really liked the chair and ottoman- and the quality of the dresser drawers- which I used. I appreciated the actual glass tumblers. Thanks.

There wasn’t an electrical outlet in the bedside table- I use a CPAP and needed the outlet close- so used the one behind the chair and set the machine on the chair. Also, the balcony wood was rotting and rough- missing large chunks. this may add to the ambiance- but it was not inviting to stand on the balcony with probable bugs living in the log. Also, the dim lighting in the room could use a brighter alternative.

We had been driving cross country since 2am and we were exhausted- they allowed us to check-in a couple hours early so we could nap… we were so appreciative! The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and it was so quiet (we heard nothing- no neighbors, no highway noise, nothing!) Staff was very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was delicious. We had a wonderful, restful stay!

It would have been lovely if they had provided a couple complimentary bottles of water in the room (the tap water was cloudy/grayish)!

I loved the Adobe design and giant enclosed courtyard of the hotel. The lobby and restaurant area were also large and relaxing.They even have a fitness center and an indoor pool too right next to the garden! I can see why people might enjoy having their weddings here. They offer catering services and nice amenities for couples that choose to get married here. That's what I read downstairs in the lobby anyways. The hotel is also located in a great, safe location off the freeway, and it's right next to a giant hunting and camping store. That makes it really convenient if you need to shop for supplies before you go hiking, mountain climbing, or biking in the huge mountains nearby. The room designs are nice too. Our king room with wood flooring had this sweet love seat with an ottoman that my wife and I loved cuddling on. The breakfast at the restaurant although not included with the room was delicious and large. Thumbs up all the way!

Just that there was no microwave in the room and that breakfast is not included with your stay.

I wish that the room could be cleaned 1 X daily.

Nice CLEAN hotel seemed like a nice area and kids loved the pool (even though it was closed one day). Very close to Balloon Fiesta so we was able to see the balloons take off in the morning! I would definitely stay here again.

Little loud being next to the highway but didnt really affect our sleeping and we have a 3 month who wasn't bothered by the noise. Starbucks was closed but from what I understood it was do to short staffing/training new people no big deal to us we just went down the road but just a warning to others.

The hotel was beautiful, it was clean and the staff was great. The location was so convenient no more than a 11 minute drive from restaurants, theatre, gas station and shopping mall.

Check in was at 4pm, we arrived at 5 after and where not allowed to check in until 5:45. The clerk told us it was due to a team they accommodated the previous night and the rooms where not clean yet. Out room was right next to a guest that had a dog, the guest was not in the room the dog was alone. It barked every time someone passed by which was often.

Liked that there wasn't carpet in the room. Loved the walk in shower. Check in person was very pleasant.

The toilet was very low with no grab bar, very hard for a person with limited mobility to use. The bed is too high, also undesirable for a person with limited mobility.

It was very clean, the staff was very polite. The layout was a bit confusing and a small map showing my room location in relation to the front desk to go with my key card would have been appreciated, I get lost easy. They also let me store my expensive bike in the office so I did NOT have to leave it outside on my bike rack attached to truck. I was worried before I got to the hotel that leaving it outside would result in theft. It was very quiet. There was no noise from rowdy quests or highway noise. I’m a very light sleeper and did not wake up one due to noise. I will definitely stay here again. And give other courtyards by Marriott a try.

Difficult to get maid service due to a staffing shortage. We retrieved things we needed from housekeepers’ carts. It’s difficult to find access to the hotel among the maze of exit lanes on I-25 north. No signs for the hotel. A tricky exit off the service road to get to Journal Center Blvd. We were visiting ABQ from Houston, TX. Front desk personnel were pleasant yet rather casual & not very polished or professional. The hotel seemed almost deserted in the lobby.

the 24 hr services like the pool and fitness room. the rooms were fancy and with the availability with shampoo,etc. me and my family really enjoyed the stay. the staff were incredibly wonderful and not rude, no attitude. they also helped my friend out of her room safely.

only thing I didn’t like were the beds were to hard.
