The room size was wonderful

The pool area was littered with soiled towels. There were no clean towels available. When I went to the front desk the lady said that she was going to get in trouble for giving out room towels for the pool. While in the pool area the same desk person came in upset and delivered a bunch of hand towels. Another guest asked for a full size towel and the response was "well I see towels every where use 1 of those towels. The guest replied that those towels had been there all day and they were wet. Rude behavior and the hot tub is in serious need of repair and cleaning. Not all the jets work, there are areas on the edge with broken concert and there was mildew everywhere.

Everything was great! It was definitely clean.

Our shower backed up after 5 mins of use. Probably just needed drain cleared. I told management upon check out and they said the would have it taken care of.

Breakfast was plentiful and well stocked...pancakes, waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, fruit, bagels. The desk staff went above and beyond in cheerfulness and helpfulness. The room was comfortable and microwave and fridge great to have. Pool area was spacious. Housekeeper friendly and supplied everything needed. Hand lotion had a wonderfully citrus aroma and convenient to have all bathing supplies in tub.

The kitchen lady was friendly and kept things well supplied. However, she could have tried to wash the tables in between people. BUT she was very busy cooking the eggs and bacon. The hot tub; jacuzzi was only lukewarm and needs a thorough cleaning. No safe in rooms. Rooms facing highway are noisy but we used sound machine and slept peacefully.

The quality of the breakfast items was very good. Great coffee machine, a nice treat. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms very spacious. The desk was large and in a convenient location.

The items available during breakfast didn't match the menu posted on the wall. Some items were not available between 0700 and 0800 when I ate breakfast.

I wrote a review for the hotel itself. Kimberly at check in was awesome. Our room was ready early and it was very clean and what hubby and I like. I long bed for him and a sofa sleeper in the living room for me! They had 2 TVs and the sink was separate from toilet and tub. The location was very convenient BUT right on I 25..very noisy all of the time! The other thing that bothered us on our 4 night stay was that we were not told that in order to have clean towels or trash picked up etc, you were supposed to SCHEDULE those things...no signs at front desk or in the rooms. We were fortunate to have Kimberly on front desk to help us out!! Oh..check out if the POOL is open!!

Breakfast was Awesome, A lot of Variety and choices. Location was spot on, only a couple of miles from tourist attractions and shopping. Many restaurants near by. Pool and work out room were spot on. Lighted parking lot and plenty of parking spaces. Staff was very friendly and willing to help you in a moments notice. General Manager Carlo Rodriguez your establishment and staff were excellent. from my family to you, Thank You.

Everything was fine.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good location with easy access to the freeway. Indoor pool. Breakfast was good.

Pullout couch wasn’t so comfortable. Slow Internet. Fire alarm going off in the middle of the night.

I didn't realize what Executive Plus Suite meant, so was surprised to find there was a separate living/eating room, bathroom and bedroom. We were only staying the night on our way to somewhere else, but it was nice. It was a Friday night. There is a restaurant around the corner but very busy. We decided to order a chef salad for each of us from room service. It was good enough. It was very cold outside, so we were glad we could order in.

The hotel is off the freeway and I was hoping it was on the edge of town. However it is in town and we hit a lot of busy traffic. Not the hotel's fault, but there were one way streets, busy night traffic, in an unfamiliar town, so I probably would have chosen a different location had I known.

Great location, decent price, breakfast good enough.. best western is always my go- to hotel 👍

Bathtub didn't drain, room rather outdated, carpets old. Breakfast ran out sometimes and was cold.. but was ok.

Suite configuration with sofa, fridge (not just minibar), microwave & second TV. Very well managed breakfast buffet (eggs, hashbrowns, sausage or bacon, pancakes, fruit & dairy products, even hot oatmeal. All under helpful attention of a managing cook.

A nitelight would have been helpful - blackout curtains surprisingly effective.
