It was a nice room with comfortable bed and furniture, close by parking and a large fridge and decent kitchenette and coffee maker. Towels were good, not scratchy as were the bed linens.

Room was a bit smaller than it appeared online. The room pictured had a loveseat-size couch shown but my room had a stuffed chair. The proximity to the highway makes for continual background noise. I had thought it was a bit further from the highway. Maybe it's a lot quieter on the N. side of the building.

Very nice setup with the kitchen and the bathtub was pretty good size even on the second floor. The air worked really well both heat and cooling. And I really liked the staff was extra helpful and gave me back my security deposit almost immediately! Great place for even better price!

Second night woke up turned on the bathroom light and there were a few German cockroaches scurrying around.- ones that were different sizes so different generations; there was about five of them. Grossed me out! But you can't expect every place to not have any cockroaches.. I didn't have any other incidences so that was good news!

We weren't offered a breakfast. We LOVED that there were ice trays, utensils and dishes to eat from and cook with! A very nice perk. Loved that there was a fully functioning kitchen!

The threat on the mirror, to not stain the washcloths, made me feel uneasy. Also wasn't thrilled with the location, but I realize there is not much you can do about that.

The breakfast was great. It was the only place that I had stayed that I felt safe and I recommended it to family members. My granddaughter is getting married in July and I told them to make sure their guest book at your place. I told them it was very nice the kitchen it was excellent.

To be very honest, everything was great like I said, I’ve been staying at several motels, and it was the only place I really felt safe

I like the fact that Suburban has Kitchenettes so that I can do my own cooking, that's VERY IMPORTANT!!!!! Although there was no need for dishes, cooking utensils, or silverware; I always carry my own when traveling.

Not much for me to complain about, this facility EXCEEDS any of the assorted Extended Stay or Inn Town Suites Facilities I've (unfortunately) had to use over the past 15 or so years. It would be nice if you expanded to more locations (like Las Vegas, Nevada for example).

I liked that it had a full kitchen. It had everything that was needed to cook and eat.

I didn't like that the first room smelled like smoke, was supposed to be a non smoking. I asked to be moved and they complied. Didn't like that I had to ask for blow dryer, iron and board.

The accessible facilities were good. We like the kitchenette supplied with pots and pans. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice towels, etc. in the bathrooms.

No chair just for sitting in the room. Parking is sometimes an issue, not able to park near room.

The customer service was great and I'm doing a commentating me when needed good morning please was very user friendly

And they were doing construction in the room next to your life but they never said anything about that so that was some loud noises the only way to just been nice to know

The room was very nice and the staff was nice

They need to get more potentials more hands and pots and to the point they did not had a swimming pool or a hot tub

The location. Nice and quiet.

Bathroom needs upgrading. The floor was NOT scrubbed in our unit. Cupboard shelves needed a good cleaning along with the dishes.
