Great location, a couple of miles from my office.

I checked in on Tuesday the 10th and the room were a little dark, and I didn't notice till the next morning, that bed sheets were blood stained, and not clean...I address the issue and even show the pictures on my phone to the lady at front desk and the only thing she did was telling the cleaning lady to be careful with that. She also mentions to me that if I was sure if it wasn't my blood...... not a very good experience, she never apologizes, and she just handed me a copy of my bill. I don't know if I will give you another opportunity for me to stay there, even its less than a mile from my office work.

This hotel was awesome. Our room was huge. We had a lot of room to spread our our stuff. Everything was clean. The breakfast was exceptional. The food was good with lots of selection. It was close to major highways so we could get to everywhere we wanted to be in Albuquerque really fast. The staff was super friendly and helpful upon arrival. We came for the Balloon Fiesta and nearby national parks and sites, and it was the perfect place to base ourselves for day trips and to crash at night.

Not much. This place was really good. Seeing that we stayed 4 nights with no incident, I would stay here again if needed.

The room was so nice! Modern moen fixtures in sinks and bathtub, the beds clean and I fell asleep in less than 2 mins! Blackout curtains so I could wake when I wanted. Complete and whole breakfast that was delicious and what I needed to start the day. Check in and check out was seemless. 10 of 10 for sure!

It would have been cool if the pool was open but I understand it was late in the season.

This hotel was a perfect spot for our trip. We were able to see the hot air balloons from our room window and the parking lot. They offered breakfast early to accommodate those heading to the fiesta. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and breakfast had many options.

The water took forever to get hot and the pressure was so-so.

the beds were soft, beds were clean, had a very comfortable stay. I felt safe here at our stay. the breakfast had different options. my family were all satisfied.

We wished the pool was open, but it was too cold anyways. because we were here in December. Next time in the summer, we will stay here when pools are open.

Everything was fine I had no dislikes. The hotel was approved by the picky teens and all. So once they aren't complaining its a job well done

We came in late at night and got checked in quickly. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean, and good working heater since it was cold. The breakfast was delicious, hot, and there was a variety of things to choose to eat. Check out was simple. Would stay again.

Nothing, it was all great! I would stay again with my family.

The free breakfast is very good, especially the warm cinnamon rolls.

The bed was right next to the air conditioning unit. There was too much light in the room between the lighted outlet at the vanity and the thermostat which stays lit up and that I had to cover with a washcloth.

Breakfast was excellent. Pool was very nice, but odd how to get into it. Room size was great.

Room needed a night light in where shower toilet are. We bring one but no plug in that part. And needed a small table by the sofa.

Easy access, clean, good breakfast and friendly staff.

There was no door where the bathroom vanity was and the beds were directly across from it so you had to get ready in the dark or wake up the spouse and kiddos with the bright light.
