Embassy Suites by Hilton Albuquerque

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It was our 10 year anniversary and the staff offered us an amenity (for a fee) of rose wine, the most amazing truffles I’ve ever had and chocolate covered strawberries. The cooked to order breakfast included in our rate was awesome including cook to order omelets and pancake station. The free beer/cocktail hour was also great as well as the heated pool.

The only two complaints I have are that the hot tub was closed down and the 12 dollar per night parking fee.

Loved the space the suite provided. The breakfasts were awesome!

My room was not as clean as it should have been. There was hair in the bathtub, a waste receptacle had not been emptied and the handle on the outside of the balcony door was broken. I informed the front desk and although they took the information, no other compensation was offered. Quite disappointing considering I was paying nearly $50 more per day than others who were staying there.

The room was clean and quiet. The decor was sort of outdated, but that was okay. The front desk clerk was very friendly, knowledgeable about the hotel and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The cooks and wait staff were also excellent.

The food we bought for dinner was of poor quality. The chicken on both dishes was salty the romaine lettuce was limp and warm. While we ate it, we didn't complain. I don't know that it is the problem of the preparers, but the ingredients were mediocre.

I love this property the complimentary breakfast is outstanding!

My biggest complaint is that they charge you for parking and it’s a pretty hefty fee as well. I think the parking should be complementary as a guest at the hotel. I also miss having a hot tub to sit in at the end of the day. Pool could be a little cleaner and heated a little warmer as well.

My kids had so much fun in this hotel, breakfast was great, rooms were very spacious :) staff was very friendly, it was easy to get to and seemed like a good area. We were there with a baseball team and it was a great hotel to hang out and visit and the kids had a blast.

The elevators were not all working properly which made getting to our room and back down very slow, the hot tub would have been nice but it was permanently closed, and the swimming pool is way smaller than it looked in the pictures

the cleanliness and the breakfast and complimentary drinks were a feature used for sure,didn’t have time for the workout room or the pool but good qualities to have for sure!

the fact the staff at check-in couldn’t find my information because i used the app booking and didn’t go straight through them, and didn’t ask once for my information from the app, she just wanted to turn me away. I had to get my information from the app and ask her if she could use that.

Everything was great at this location. Breakfast was delicious and evening reception was nice and relaxing. After busy days I looked forward to returning to my room.

There were no problems. They are doing some maintenance work which occasionally was a little noisy, but that is understandable.

But! A manager came out and attended to us and apologized over and over and they got us in ASAP they were very apologetic and that made us feel better that they cared the facilities were nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was great and stays open til 10 which is nice it gives you time to get there if your not an early riser.

What we didn't like was that we waited for our room for an hour! Check in is at 4 we were there early only to see if we could get in but we needed to wait which I understood but when 4 rolled around! Everyone else was checking in no problem and there we were sitting in tbe lobby waiting..being told 30 more minutes..oh now 20..oh now 10..til it was 5 started out awful

The room was very clean, the bed was super comfy and the breakfast was amazing! They still served made-to-order omelettes, eggs and waffles - best breakfast at any hotels we've stayed at on our 3 week road trip.

The shower was horrible - the shower head needs to be replaced ASAP! Water was going in every direction, very hard to get water on your body. Definitely need to look at doing some work in the bathrooms. Also, the toilet lid was almost broke - sliding all over the place.

Room size and balcony was awesome!!! Get a room on top floor!! View of mountains is unreal!!! Breakfast was a great welcome back to what a breakfast should be!!! Eggs, omelette to order is a real breakfast!!! Bacon everyday is just a dream!!! Happy Hour drinks are nice but maybe upgrade snacks. Have something hot for happy hour!!!

Road noise. AC made noise when it shut off. Thin walls!!!
