The Clyde Hotel

The room and bathroom were very spacious. The view was great. Good location. The elevators were very fast! The staff was dressed very nicely. The valet service was excellent, and a good price.

I asked for adjoining rooms and they had difficulty meeting that request. The first two rooms weren't even next to each other. The second set of rooms were next to each other, but no adjoining door. We made do. The AC would switch over to heat instead of turning off.

The cleanliness of the hotel was great and it was quiet. The gift shop lady was very nice and she made us feel welcomed. She's a diamond for the hotel.

The Sunday morning check out staff on 2/19/2023,. The lead desk person was very rude. No thank you from her. She didn't wanna print my receipt, she gave me the wrong email. She had 2 other ladies standing beside her, being rude. The prices were too high for the hotel to not have a fridge or microwave. We wanted an upper floor and we weren't accommodated.

Room very spacious, mattresses comfortable, nice desk and office chair. The signage and history of Clyde Tingley was well done with the entrance and hallway extra large photos and the easels describing the new renovations. The valet guy, Toni, dressed in period clothing from the 1920s really set the mood for the historic focus remodel. The lounge are emitted relaxation and enticed spacious conversations.

There was a long black hair on outside of sink and dirt in one corner of the bathroom. Only one bath towel for two people. Conference area a little dark, needs more hallway lighting.

Excellent, helpful staff. Parking is very convenient and free with validation. My King room was spacious and comfortable. The exercise room pretty well equipped.

The restaurant was not open on weekends, making breakfast on Sunday morning a challenge. OTOH, I walked a few blocks to Central Ave and found a number of good places for lunch and dinner. Also, please put mini-fridges in the rooms; that is am amenity I have come to expect.

I liked the ambiance and look of the hotel. The bar is beautiful. I also appreciated that they have a boutique store that I could purchase some essentials that I forgot. I only wish I could have had a way to order room service for breakfast the night before because we did not have time to order and wait in the morning.

The room was nice but it was hard to regulate the temperature for the room at night. The room was spacious enough for my spouse, my two children, and my self to relax after a long day at dance competition. The bathroom was spacious and the bathtub was huge, which I appreciated.

There wasn't much we didn't like other difficulty regulating the temperature for the room at night. It seemed to stay a little warm for our liking but the staff were so nice and the room was super nice.

Excellent location to downtown Albuquerque. I appreciate the free parking fee. Elevator was fast. The room was comfortable and large. Food options were close but I was unable to take advantage.

The coffee maker was a K cup but not a keurig. no refrigerator or microwave in the room. The pool opened at 10am with check out at 11. Outdoor pool and not very large.

Our room was magnificently cleaned when we requested. The management services to assist us with items left behind (after check out) were excellent. (Still in progress, yet VERY willing to assist us.) Management during our stay was superior.

There was no food service the entire time we were there. No week-end restaurant services. Very unexpected and not even a recommendation of where to order food for delivery.

Beautiful Hotel. 19th floor Observation room was a nice viewing area of the area and far off the Hot Air Balloons. Valet men were professional and very fast. The best.! Music in the Lobby was soothing.. light jazz or soft big band. Great!

No Microwave, Refrigerator. Dinner Restaurant closed at night, only Breakfast and Lunch. Valet parking fee per night is to high. (23.00) per night...pricey.
