Convenient location in downtown, just moments from the bus and railway stations and less than 10 minutes to the airport. Modern hotel, with comfortable rooms. The staff were great.

The neighborhood is pretty desolate: there are no facilities, and the only other people on the street are the homeless and the junkies. I arrived early (11 am) and it would have been nice to be able to check in, but they stuck rigidly to the official check-in time of 3 pm. Breakfast wasn't included in the price, and the check-in clerk was unable to tell me how much it would cost, so I ate elsewhere.

requested walkin our room did not have one but the seat to put into the tub was difficult to use at first have a maintance person or other assist you in installing the seat since it slipped on me and bruised my knee also the handheld shower did not work the shades were difficult to raise or lower

Beautiful new property. If we come back after the Omicron surge, we would definitely make use of the many lounge and conversation spaces in the main lobby and on the floor where we stayed. Got takeout from hotel restaurant and took it up to the room. If they have the churros on the menu that day, order them!

Room was ice-cold when we checked in. We cranked up heating system to 80 to make it comfortable by bedtime. Also, we did not get the requested wake-up call; being a worrier, I had set phone alarm as backup so we were able to make it to our 5:45 check-in at hospital.

The hotel was very clean and that is what I look for! Comfy beds and room was big. The staff was very friendly! The only thing was the hotel was also with home wood suites. It was not communicated well that it was 2 different hotel depending on what floor. If you had a room with home wood you got free breakfast if you were Hilton you did not. Otherwise I would definitely go back!

Hotel was very modern and clean. Breakfast was very good, as was dinner. Staff were very also very pleasant, and secure on site parking for $8 a day was unbelievable compared to what we have paid in other hotels during our trip.

Beautiful hotel in a great downtown location. The hotel is modern and clean and our room was fabulous. We only stayed one night - a stopover from Colorado to the Grand Canyon. There was every attention to detail, amazing bedding, and super clean. Our breakfast was a included in the room rate and it was a "made to order" meal. Delicious and plentiful! We would stay here again without hesitation!

The hotel is beautiful inside and out, beautiful outside areas and lobby. Room design is excellent. Great location along with covered parking and overflow parking (not covered but still felt safe).

Very friendly and attentive staff, we had our dogs and the hotel is really pet-friendly with spaces for them and treats for the dogs, good food, I highly recommend it.
