Many years ago I stayed at the property. You’d probably say in the heyday. The layout had not changed. Carpet a little worn, but the customer service made up for all of the dents in the armor. The rooms were tastefully updated. Carpets were clean. The bathroom redone. Not a huge bathroom, but, that was little to complain about. Fridge and coffee maker in the room. Hairdryer! Clean sheets and duvet cover. A review somewhere complained of “bites” they received, ???? I have very sensitive skin and I found no issue. Security patrol in parking area. Pool area is huge! Adequate exercise room. Connected restaurant and cantina. And, the food was delicious.

Such a cool property that needs to become a destination. With some capital outlay, this could be a resort right in Albuquerque. Great interstate, I 40 and I 25 right there. But no noise was noticeable. A new service station across the street. Easy access. Would love to see IHG sink some money into this place.

Beds were very comfortable. Spacious rooms. I like that the parking lot was well lit especially if you had to park towards the back of the hotel. I was also grateful security was driving around every so often. It made me feel more comfortable to enjoy our stay. The cute store had a good selection of snacks and necessities if you had forgotten something.

Breakfast could've had more of a selection. Very very limited. The pool was unfortunately closed but that could happen at any time and at any property so I wouldn't necessarily say that's a downfall on the hotels part. The rooms were big enough to fit queen beds. The elevator was also out of order which is fine taking the stairs however, the doors were so loud coming out of the stairwell.

I liked the comfortable pillow-top mattress, the size and layout of the room, the desk, and the bathtub. Excellent internet connection. I also liked the grill with outdoor seating at the affiliated Crowne Plaza with a view of the swimming pool.

It's probably not possible to fix this but I was on the ground floor facing the parking lot which meant I did not have privacy if I opened the curtains. But it would be perfect for an overnight stay or if you are gone most part of the day or getting over a jet lag or planning your itinerary on your laptop.

General management, housekeeping, maintenance, n facility was GREAT, FRIENDLY, n made you feel right at HOME. Rooms are GREAT 👍 CLEAN n COMFORTABLE. Facility well maintained n management highly makes you feel welcomed 😌

To be HONEST there was nothing we didn't enjoy or dislike Mt Children felt at ease comfortable n welcomed by ALL staff members 😊 HOUSEKEEPERS N REST OF STAFF HAVE RESPECT FOR ALL THA K YOU FOR THE WELCOME STAY.

Bed was very comfortable and the room was larger than I had expected. There was a decent number of channels on the tv but I did like that I could sign into netflix and amazon prime.

I went to take a bath and the water that filled the tub was yellow and had black stuff in it. I decided I did not need a bath at that point. The bathroom needed some updating for sure. I would also request a room away from the outside door as it did interrupt my sleep some.

The staff was really helpful especially when I forgot my keys in the room. They did what they could to get it resolved when the front desk attendant wasn't available. The room was very clean and the pool was open early in the morning to enjoy.

Their sign was hard to see and their location is a little sketchy but thier parking lot is well lit. The front desk attendant wasn't available at 7 am but the other staff stepped in with the help.

I loved the rooms. The pool. I like that you can use the amenities at there other property. I will definitely stay there again.

Check in was a bit long. I think the hotel should have 2 people at the desk to check people in. I stood in line for about 45 min. And the poor young lady looked overwhelmed. However she was very nice. The only other thing I didn't like is that the pool close at 9pm and inside the pool arra ot states it closes at 11 pm. And it doesn't open till 9am I think it should open at 6am or 7am I like to go for early morning swim.

beds were comfortable and bathroom convenient with short tub and decent height toilet.

Not enough towels and washcloths in room, but got them when asked. The covers were tucked in so that you had to unmake the bed or they only reached your waist, but again we could work around that. The real negative was the tub filled up during the shower. We stayed twice about 1 week apart in 2 different room and the same experience both times.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. It is a very good location. The size of the hotel combined with the adjoining Crown Plaza makes this an excellent setting. We especially liked the outdoor pool area. Having breakfast options was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel is a little dated but clean. The one elevator was not in operation but it didn't affect our stay since the other one was closer to our room.

Breakfast is def very simple but they clarify this when you check in to pre-empt possible disappoint in case you had high expectations. Super friendly staff and great with making recommendations. The cantina restaurant was wonderful. Quick and friendly service, and a great value. Pool and hot tub clean and good temp, and the gym was adequate considering the price range of the hotel and all equipment well taken care of.

Not sure what was up with the thermostat in the fitness center, it was pretty hot in there.
