Chris the manager for one of his family or employees were friendly and someone was always around for questions or problems, and to keep an eye on things. They were able to change rooms when I started with a smoking room (forgot to request non smoking). Staff were friendly. Housekeeping was excellent. Location is close to the freeway and close to where I was working. Had a microwave and mini fridge.

Older building and decor. Needs some upgrades, but overall, good value for your money.

I used this hotel as a stop on my way to east and stayed just one night there. Anyway, the location was great for being very fast to the "Greyhound Bus Station" (only 15 minutes walk). The room (especially the bathroom) was clean and had satisfied all the (or my) needs (e.g. coffee, etc.). I did not miss anything. Even it was just one short overnight stay I will never forget this experience. I had to catch my bus very early in the morning and was more or less not very concentrated. When I was entering the bus I realized by accident that I had no ID with me and there was no chance going back to the hotel. When I called them they told me that my ID was there after they were looking for it in the room while I was still on the phone. Combined with an extremely lucky coincidence that this bus ran out of gas and stopped at a gas station only 10 minutes after departure they actually brought me my ID with the car. After two months travelling through the US, this was one of the friendliest and nicest I had seen so far and definitely the most important for me.

The beds in my room were the only thing which were not very comfortable for me because those are extremely soft.

We have been staying at this motel for 20 years, and it has consistently held its decent quality and price. It's clean enough, comfortable enough, and its price and location can't be beat.

The stairs are formidable! We're going to need to remember to request a ground floor room. (A younger person would have no problem).

The staff was great, the room was clean and they did come by to ask if I needed room service. They were very friendly I was very pleased with my stay and will definitely consider staying here again if I need to travel for work in the future.

Everything , can’t fault it, Chris the manager was amazing and helpful and even upgraded my room for me which was brilliant of him . Well located , the grove for breakfast nearby and bus stops right on doorstep

Nationwide chain computer system was down at check-in, but the manager let me into my room without the formal process.

Ice machine was not working, but staff got me a bucket out of their fridge.

I chose this property for it's location and cost. The room and facilities were just what I needed. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

Large room and bathroom with all necessary amenities. Close to the airport and the city transport hub, When I couldn't get an early morning taxi to the airport, the owner drove me himself - how great is that!
