I like that the cleaning girls were so helpful and the coffee was so delicious and my kids enjoyed making their own waffles they were also delicious and the pool was so cold actress and the hot tub was so so warm fat and relax my whole body awesome place

What I didn't like was that the living room had dust on the roof and stains on the carpet the walls were also kind of dirty and the edging of the walls of paper wall was coming off it didn't look right I believe they should paint the walls and take off that wallpaper on the edge and put tile it will be a lot cleaner unless Dusty

my suite was quiet, secure and clean. The walk in shower seemed new, with good water pressure. The free breakfast was quite good with a good variety of fresh and healthy food and drink, and the lobby space for breakfast was very clean. The free shuttle to the airport was as promised. Courteous and on time. The front desk staff were helpful and attentive.

the hallways and elevator were pretty dirty and depressing. However I did see signs indicating that improvements were in progress. The airport shuttle van upholstery was really stained thoroughly.

Breakfast was pretty good. Room was clean and updated. Pool was open.

Guest laundry was was out of order. Key card did not work for pool access, had to wait for staff member to let us in each time. 3/4 of the lights in pool area were burnt out, so the pool area was very dim. Pool did not feel heated. Front desk was poorly attended.

I like the bed it was comfortable and the wifi was fast last time we stood here the wifi wouldn't work for awhile

I didn't like how the manager lied to us and told us that there were no more towel, the house keeper was the one that gave us the towel. And when we took a shower the water was not hot at all it was cold .

I like how the room was layed out

I didn't like that they put us close to the rooms that were getting renovated because it was hard to sleep in the morning with the people working outside our room and we have to pay $25 more just to get a late check out just to get more sleep.

Nice clean , large room, comfy big bed. WiFi good. Good kitchen area in the room

Breakfast limited. No hot food except toast and waffles. No pots, pans, crockery, utensils or cutlery to make use of our kitchen, and those are not things we can easily bring from overseas

The top floor was nice and quiet.

The floor was falling apart, the elevator was creepy (so I took the stairs all weekend), and the hot tub was broken.

I like the lication, big rooms, great front desk service and location is A+.

I didn’t think beds where comfortable and weekends many weirdos room around the hotel other hotels nearby don’t have, strict security and cleanliness of the guest is highly needed.

We have stayed here a number of times. We love having a suite.

The facility is old and kind of beat up but the whole place is in a renovation one floor at a time this is a very good thing it needed it badly!!
