Location was great for walking to Sawmill Market and Old Town, convenient to I-40. Room was a nice size and comfortable. Staff all very pleasant. Beautiful lobby, patio and a great pool.

Hotel administration is disorganised. Originally booked for a wedding and different guests were told different rates (even mother of bride wasn't offered the agreed discount rates so went elsewhere). First booking was self booked and front staff unable to reconcile Booking.com rates so were directed to a phone number only to be redirected to the front staff, ultimately just booked through Booking.com for best rates and convenience.

Breakfast not included in price but good breakfast was available in cantina downstairs. Good location, walking distance to old town. Good and easy parking with security guard. Room was comfortable and big. Hotel is quite old but in good shape. Very nice and big hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice balcony with views to albuquerque. There was maybe some party just outside balcony in nearby venue and live music could be heard in room but this stopped quite early in evening

There is locked door to adjacent room and it is not very well soundproofed so noise from other guests could be heard in room. Balcony is nice but it does not have chairs or table.

Front desk staff were excellent again during our second stay here. Alec helped me arrange for two rooms next to each other that worked perfectly for us. The 9th-floor rooms were very nice and exceptionally clean with views over the city and surrounding landscape. The well-maintained outdoor pool and hot-tub were welcome, and the restaurant served a good breakfast with the exception noted below. The location is easily walkable to Old Town Albuquerque which is the main reason we returned here.

At breakfast we did find more than one hair in one of our pancakes which is obviously very unappetizing, never a good thing, and is the reason for knocking the cleanliness rating down from an otherwise perfect score. Wait staff was apologetic and happily adjusted the bill. Though the location is convenient to Old Town, it feels a little lost in a sea of paved parking lots.

The Hotel Albuquerque is my new home while in town. Fabulous hotel, beautifully decorated, great beds and clean! As a Marriot Titanium member, I got tired of Marriot Albuquerque properties not being up to standard. The hotel Albuquerque is Highly recommend

They don't allow my private jet to land in the parking lot.. Booking.com wants me to write more about what I didn't like, and there wasn't much so I needed to type more.. so this review could go thru

We loved the hotel ambience. The large lobby and fireplace is very welcoming. Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room on the 11th floor had an outdoor balcony with an excellent view of the courtyard where weddings were taking place. The rooms are very large and the beds are exceptional. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and a separate seating area. The hotel location was a few minutes walk to historic Old Town and the Sawmill Marketplace. The on-site restaurant had excellent food and was a nice option after the evening balloon fiesta session. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The hotel advertised coffee and a grab n go breakfast prior to the morning balloon fiesta session but there wasn't anything available. Hotel staff were scrambling to find out what was going on with the kitchen.

beautiful property and wonderful location. the price was pretty steep which may have been a reflection of this being the first weekend on Balloon Fiesta. We were in town for other purposes, but very happy to stumble upon this event. on the 50th anniversary no less.

As stated above, the price was pretty steep. I booked on Booking.com and rates were fairly reasonable for a luxury hotel. we decided to stay another night and absorbed some sticker shock for this decision. Please note that if you have a door in your room that can join another room, the door is paper thin. we got an angry reprimand from our neighbors in the morning. Apparently the beds share a wall.

We loved EVERYTHING about this hotel! Our visit could not have been better. Clean, picturesque, quiet. The front desk staff members were amazing, the room was great, the courtyard was gorgeous, the gym was nice. We loved this hotel and will definitely stay here during our next visit to Albuquerque! The gift shop, the restaurant, the decorations, the vibe, the location... everything was perfect!

We loved everything!

This property is beautiful and the location was perfect to tour Old Town. The pool was nice and it was a pleasant surprise to have free water.

Nothing really. The restaurant closed early and it would have been nice to grab a meal after 7:00 pm.

Location was spectacular—very close to restaurants and attractions. I even was able to take the ABQ tour straight from the lobby. Very close also to interstate and easy to access.

There really wasn’t anything—except we would have liked a box of tissues. Yes, I know that is nit picky but it shows how good the hotel was.
