After staying at a previous hotel that was a night mare, I considered myself & my husband blessed to have booked our stay here. The personnel here are so friendly & amazing they made sure there was nothing else they could do for us. They checked on us and that made us feel like part of their family so much so we extended our stay because it was stress free for such a time as this for the both of us. ed sham (goes around the bed) it was dirty & stained from previous patrons & cabinet door broken to the micro wave & refrigerator. we did report to front desk. They extended their apologies for this matter. to me they were very sincere.

I stay at a lot of hotels and I have to say I was very impressed by this Ramada. I thought for the price, it would be less than desirable, but I was pleasantly surprised! Yes, the hotel is still undergoing renovations, but they give the impression that they really care and are trying. The staff was very friendly at check-in and check out. We arrived at 11 pm, and they didn't hesitate to give us a later checkout so we could rest. The dining area is very nice and they go above and beyond with breakfast. They had eggs, sausage, fresh pancakes, fresh fruit, and plenty of choices to have a healthy breakfast. They even have an adorable gift shop. Beds were SO comfortable we didn't want to get up. They had Paul Mitchell hair products. Towels were high quality and so soft. The pool was great. In short, yes, the elevators have scuffed floors, the gym machines need attention, but you get the feeling they know that and are trying to get to everything while upscaling the things that really matter...comfort, service and quality. This hotel is literally the definition of shabby chic, lol. Value for the price was outstanding. Ask for a top floor room if you don't have kids and need the quiet - they'll gladly accommodate you!

The area is a bit sketchy but the hotel has everything you need restaurant/bar even a gift shop for essentials so why leave? The only suggestion I have would be to hire an overnight security guard to patrol the parking lot. We were moving and had all of our belongings in our cars but we didn't have any problems.

The room was great, the breakfast was great, the check-in stunk. The young man was not curious, and down right rude. I know they were very busy that night, but that was No excuse. The young man that helped me, when we were leaving, was very nice. I told him what had happened. He apologized and called his supervisor for me, who never showed up, so after 15 minutes of waiting, we left. Second strike. Based on the hotel itself and the young man who tried to help at the end, I might try it again.

Check-in staff stunk!

AC was good, water pressure was great! The people working was very friendly.

I hate the dam door! I had a hard time opening the door to our room. There was food in the refrigerator, The swimming pool was so full, I never got a chance to try it because there was no rotation so others could try it. :( Maybe if you put a time period for the kids to swim and then in the evening they should be getting ready for bed anyway. Or Keep the pool open all night. That would work. :)

The staff at this hotel is the best. Their rooms are exceptionally clean. The breakfast that they serve is awesome. The manager here is wonderful as well as the rest of the staff. Everyone was very nice and accommodating to all of our needs and went above and beyond. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I know I will be using it anytime I need accommodations for overnight stays.

There is not one thing about this hotel I could complain about.

The front desk people were awesome real nice cordial give me all the information I needed and then some took his time super good staff bed was comfortable and that'll work not the most comfortable bed I slept in but I was tired so I slept fine it was exceptionally clean but it was nice

Flash was too high try to book it again the next for the next day double the price on me all because this Bloom fiesta I mean I understand they're trying to make the money but not ripping people off normal prices under $100 it went from that to 160 to 300 way too much way too much I know explain the man but that's ripping people off that's what I didn't like

It's usually clean and comfortable. The hot tub and swimming pool are nice to relax in. They do have security . The front desk is really helpful.

The shower head was aweful. Not tissue in the room and the door was hard to open. There was a balcony but when you opened the glass door it was very hard to close it so it would lock. This trip the noise outside was pretty loud. And the last trip we didn't get our 100 deposit back. I asked about that but was told it should have gone back on my card.

Breakfast was in a beautiful room and nicely displayed. The eggs had a nice flavor (not instant) and an attendant circulated to make sure tables were cleared and clean. (I had never seen a silver dollar pancake maker. Something different from the old waffle maker) The restaurant/bar on the premises enabled us to not have to find another restaurant for dinner. Free drink tickets were provided. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the music upon entry. Very soothing.

The area was a bit sketchy, but the desk host assured us that someone was on duty 24/7 and they could see the entire parking area from the lobby. Appeared that the owners/managers were doing their best to maintain a once grand old lady.

The front desk staff was awesome any questions or problem I had I was helped.and I appreciate you guys thank you.and kodos to the new guy your an awesome worker keep up the good work .

Out of all that awesome staff there had to be a rotten one. He was I will be polite. But if you don't like your job let your boss know your not a people person. Plz Quit your were an ugly individual.

The handle on the sliding glass door to my balcony came off as soon as I tried to open it, so, I brought it to the front desk, and ended up chatting with the check in lady and maintenance guy for awhile. Super great staff all around.

Other than the handle, everything was great. Breakfast was delicious, and the lady permitting entrance to the dining room was wonderful.
