Stayed here on a weekend trip to see the caverns with my family. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was great and the attendant kept it very clean and well stocked. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. It is a very small pool, but if it is not a crowded weekend, it is not a problem. There was a refrigerator and microwave in our room which was great. There was plenty of space to put all of our stuff (drawers, closet, room under sink in bathroom). I feel like the price was great and we would definitely stay here again.

The TV remote didn't seem to have been cleaned and there were smudges and hand marks around the door and on the wall so I'm not sure if they clean the high touch points. The bathroom was definitely cleaned well and the bedding was clean though.

It was in a great location. Clean for the most part. the beds are amazing and the rooms are very clean.

We stayed here back in September and it was the best stay we had in a long time. the breakfast was amazing and the staff was great. unfortunately this time the kitchen staff was horrible, the food was horrible, the dining area was very dirty and nothing was stocked. I asked the kitchen lady for wheat bread because they were out and she brought me back a loaf of bread and said here when your done bring it back to me. 😡 She was very rude to multiple people and we had to keep asking for items because it was out.

The hotel was immaculate! Very clean, very nice, and has an INDOOR pool! The breakfast buffet was very good! And the front desk had fresh baked cookies, all day!

One surprising issue was a complete lack of USB ports. Most hotels have them, but this one had ZERO. Due to staff shortages, our room was not able to be cleaned daily or resupplied with fresh towels. However, this was explained, and we could still get fresh towels at the front desk.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and very good with the typical make your own waffle option plus some protein options (eggs, sausage). They also had daily biscuits and gravy.

The shower in our room did not have a bathtub and for a family with small children, this is a problem. The bathroom appeared recently redone, but not all that well.

Great for what we needed - a cheap stay so we could hike Guadalupe Peak and explore the nearby National Parks. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large. Breakfast had a good range of options.

If I'm being picky, the shower could have had better water pressure and the rooms better sound proofed. We did have to be moved to a new room due to a lack of working light in the bathroom in the first room we were allocated.

Breakfast was really good, with lots of hot options and different cereals. The staff were friendly and helpful

We had an adjoining room, and we had to listen to our neighbour‘s TV literally for the entire night! The air-conditioner doesn’t turn off completely (apparently this is by design), so you can stop it cooling, but it pumps air continuously and was quite noisy at night

The rooms are VERY nice for the price and I enjoyed the variety in breakfast choices. You can't go wrong with biscuits and gravy!

I'm not a fan of the style of walk in shower or filling out a form to request housekeeping services. I didn't request housekeeping only because I didn't want to fill out a form. I do enough of that in my current job!

The room was very nice and breakfast was on point! Was given 2 sets of towels and was greeted every time I walked in. The bathroom is very spacious as well as the room itself. Would definitely come back!

They were low staff on housekeeping, which isn't a big deal, I don't mind requesting a few more necessity items. I understand how it is being low staffed.

On our trip the breakfast was one of the best of all the Motels we stopped at. Room was clean and quiet. Shower was great but may have been a little tall for my wife. It was close to the Caverns.

I would not change a thing. They could lower the hook on the door in the bathroom so you didn't have to be 6' tall to reach it to hang up the towel. This was a common problem in most of the motels we stopped at.

Breakfast was a good one and we appreciate that people still offer it. Having a nice dining area to sit at early is the best on vacation, I think!

The elevator was dangerous as all the kids staying would walk around soaked after leaving the pool. Having elder parents with us made it scary to go up to the room when we got back from day activities.
