I really enjoyed the staff. When I first checked in, I had an issue with the room, and they switched my room promptly and even came up stairs to help me because I had three little ones with me. I am very grateful for them. I will definitely stay there again.

It was a reasonable price for the night. We were going to the caverns and it was a good location.

The only flaws were they didn't have breakfast like it was advertised but I guess because of Corona they had stopped serving breakfast. Which is understandable. The soda machine at hot sodas in it. Other than that it was a good hotel to stay for the night.

At booking.com, they mentioned that the hotel offered breakfast and that it was included in the price. That is one of the main reasons we decided to stay in that hotel. My Mom has several medical conditions like diabetes and she needs to eat at the proper times. When we decided it was time for breakfast we were told they were not offering breakfast, what a dissapointment. Maybe it was booking.com that made the mistake to advertise the hotel as one that included breakfast.

Covid did away with breakfast, but extra coffee and tea bags were provided in the room. The room was immaculate. Cleanliness was exceptional. The microwave and fridge were spotless. The ice machine was still in service and that was very nice. It too was very clean. The beds were queen size and the mattresses were very comfortable and not the wore out lumpy saggy type. The no-smoking atmosphere and clean smell in the entire hotel were greatly appreciated.

Honestly, I don't have a single complaint. Our stay was just great in every way.

Very firm bed, nice cool room, relatively quiet. It was the two best nights' sleep I had of this whole trip!

The walls were thin and the doors had big gaps under them, so I could hear the noise of people in nearby rooms and in the halls. Putting a towel under the door did help a bit.

Handicap room was perfect. A little noisy from traffic, but still very enjoyable.

The pool was closed. We didn't find out until we got there. A pool was something I specifically looked for when I booked this hotel. Very disappointed kids and adults.

I did not eat breakfast there. Most motel breakfasts do not work well with my dietary requirements.

I wish that there were more restaurants conveniently located near the motel.

Friendly staff,

No breakfast as stated in the booking. Room had a smell. TV did not work but hotel manager got it fixed rather quickly. Bedside lamp did not work.

My room was next to really noisy guests. And the door to exit slammed hard every time some one came in or went out the hotel.
