Great location, room and staff. Good breakfast. Very attentive employees that were ready to help anytime they were needed. We'd definitely stay here again.

Not really a dislike but I was surprised that the housekeeping staff didn't speak English. Very nice girl and between me pointing and her translator app on her phone, we were able to communicate. We don't usually require any care, other than maybe some towels or coffee if it's a multiple day stay. We just needed some TP and coffee, if I remember right. She was very pleasant and we were able to work through it which is the main thing. Definitely not anything to keep us from coming back.

Everything was great. Super comfortable beds. Quiet. Breakfast was good. **Kristal, Working desk on Labor Day, was SO nice. She is perfect for the hospitality business! It was very busy, and families w kids were wiping out the breakfast as soon as they could put it out. But Kristal was very accommodating and friendly. She was hustling getting everything and everyone accommodated. She was great! It was a sold out weekend and Kristal handled everything exceptionally. She is a big asset to this hotel!

We arrived early with bicycles. The mngr. and front staff person were awesome in letting us check in early so we could store our bikes before we went to the caverns. We really appreciated that, and the got us in on the 1st floor with end of hall access for ease of unloading all our luggage. Excellent customer service!

Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable.

Horrible breakfast. It said it had a warm breakfast. Minibiscuts wth no gravy or burnt muffins do not count. No waffle maker, limited cereal, no scrambled eggs, no bacon/sausage. For the amount of money being charged, it should be automatic. IHOP next to the place...BUT not the point

We were ok with not having daily room service for a three night stay. Emily at the front desk is a delight and very customer oriented The grab-n-go breakfasts are adequate. Check out was easy.

There is considerable road noise in rooms that front the highway and the highway is fairly busy. Ear plugs are advised for light sleepers. The bath tub drained VERY slowly. Info was left with the front desk.

It was very clean, close to a shopping center.

We wanted to swim but there was not even one umbrella to shield us from the beaming sun.

Great location. Close to Carlsbad Caverns. IIHOP, Subway sandwiches, Walmart within walking distance. Comfortable mattress, comforter an pillows. Staff was super helpful.

Bed was springs were a bit noisy otherwise it was comfortable. Bit expensive considering they don't have daily cleaning service or hot breakfast during pandemic.

Coffee was great, didn’t eat breakfast, was looking for some eggs and bacon

Not enough toilet paper in the bathroom, had to request more and towels for the next day.

Small quiche were dried out. Breakfast was sparse. No bread for toast. Only 2 kinds of cereal. No muffins. Sausage biscuits were not available.
