Carlsbad Inn , New Mexico

This property is a gem. The room was very clean and a great bargain for the price. We were just passing through after visiting Carlsbad Caverns and we got a good nights rest. It has everything that the chain motels have with the exception of free breakfast. For the money I saved staying here, I could have bought a good breakfast elsewhere but it wasn’t that important to us.

This is a good place to stay for the price and I didn’t have any issues. This facility could take things to the next level with some fluffy towels and a soft mattress topper.

Spacious room with a queen size bed & love seat. The bathroom was doable but the bathtub was large. Free WiFi and lots of channels on TV. Microwave & small refrigerator in room with mini coffee pot. Lots of hot water for showers. Black out blinds.

Even though, tv had many channels but no movie channels. The heater was either very hot or off. I did hear a lot of traffic noise but not after 10:30 pm. It’s hard to get out of the parking lot during rush hour … yes rush hour!

An older hotel but exceptionally clean with exceptional staff. My wife and I will stay here again the next time we're in Carlsbad. The room was amazingly bright and welcoming. I loved the blackout curtain, it provided us with uninterrupted sleep. I had an accident and was in the ER until the early AM, we asked for a late checkout and received it. With the blackout curtain, we could catch up on much-needed sleep. I can't recommend The Carlsbad Inn enough.

checking Checking in was easy and our room was nice. We enjoyed our stay. What I also liked was the owners were out planting flowers just updating the place caring on how the outside looks.If we come back I would stay there again. If you are planning a trip to Carlsbad New Mexico I would recommend checking out the Carlsbad Inn.

I really didn't care for the towels a little thin but my husband like them. Also the mirror before going into restroom could be higher up if not they should have another chair there

I was a little skeptical at first Trina was very nice and she told me correctly I had nothing to worry about the place is exceptionally clean that's important streets are a little busy but I would stay there again

I can't think of a thing I was impressed and for the price I got a heck of a deal

The location was perfect, and there was no breakfast served but it was a very clean room

The traffic noise was really bad which is understandable being that it is on the main highway. The guy in the room above us was really loud from 4 a.m to 6 a.m. so not much sleep at that time. The bathtub was also backing up during a shower

A very nice family owned motel, friendly staff, good comfortable bed, had everything we needed in the room. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever in the area.

If they had breakfast would've been nice, no complaints otherwise.

easy access to Main Street, able to cook the n bbq area, clean and simple rooms, friendly helpful staff.

towels very small, tub was slippery needs non skid surface, travel companions sheets were moldy, got replaced right away

Great location and the staff was extremely friendly.

It was a warm day and the A/C was a little intermittent. I never asked to be moved so the staff never got a chance to address my problem which I’m sure they would have.

Exceptional staff. Family run and they really care. My mom forgot her phone and I had to come back and back track 40 miles. They were so helpful. When i come back to Carlsbadthis is the only place id stay..
