We always stay here when we take a westbound road trip. It's quiet, comfortable, and the restaurant is awesome. The fact that we don't have to leave the hotel for meals is one of the main reasons we stay here when we come through. The staff is always friendly with a welcoming smile.

There was a leak in our restroom. Not when we ran the tub, only when we ran the shower. The water leaked out from under the tub, where the tub meets the floor. Told the desk clerk when we left, they said that they would get it inspected right away.

The front desk staff made me feel like family, always greeted me with as I passed by. They also accommodated my daughter and son-in-law with a delightful room close to mine, even though the week was packed with families of students returning to college. The staff also took time to help anyone with any problem, as well as address homeless populations that gathered in the parking lot. They were most professional and kind, but were always watchful. The cleaning staff were also kind and cordial, always greeting people in the hallway. I definitely intend on returning.

A unique hotel with nice, comfortable rooms. The hotel interior is in the old-style design. A rare experience. My room was quiet and clean. You can sleep very well in these enormous beds with good mattresses. There is a restaurant at the hotel; however, it is not open during lunch hours.

The toilet flush did not work properly sometimes.

Rooms AC works great. Was able to relax after working all day. The Grill is located inside made it easy to get breakfast and dinner without having to leave the hotel area.

Wifi was a little slow. The bed was not the best but it worked. The TV was messed up when I got there, but I was able to fix it. TV channels however kept cutting out.

The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The fridge worked really well. The interior/lobby area of the hotel was very nice and inviting.

Since I was on the first floor next to the pool I had to keep my drapes closed. This resulted in a very dark room. I would have preferred being on the second floor so I could have opened my drapes to get some natural light in the room.

I love the setting and atmosphere of the inside area. I love that my room had an opening to the pool area.

I wasn't too happy that on my initial reservation I made 2 request. 1. That my room be lower level. 2. That my room be around the pool area with the access to my room. I had neither. Upon check in she gave me an upstairs room. So I had to ask her to change it. She gave me a downstairs room and when I got to the room it not where I requested. I went back and spoke to Cody and he was a tremendous help. I explained what my request had been on my reservation and apologized and gave me exactly 💯 what I wanted. The Asian lady told him she had already changed my room and Cody let her know that there was a specific request on the reservation which made me happy that he took the time to actually look at it.

Love the atmosphere of the courtyard, love the bar and restaurant! It was very convenient having them there and not having to leave for drinks or your meals. Only thing that I would like to see is maybe the rooms updated some with more plugs for chargers.

The location was great. Right off the freeway and centrally located. The old world Spanish charm and decor was awesome. Staff was friendly and professional. Grandson loved the indoor pool.

The outside and parking lot are a bit run down. Definitely doesn’t reflect the incredible charm inside. Couldn’t adjust the air conditioning vent, it blew upwards towards the ceiling which caused it to take quite a while for the room to cool down.

The facility itself, very comforting and beautiful. I liked that the top of the bed was a white sheet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The bathroom door and flloor was dirty, there seemed to be pet hair. Under one of the beds was fruit snack trash from a previous guest. The walls need to be cleaned well. There was a random guy asleep in the lobby for a while.

Room was really clean. Bed was So comfortable! Pool was clean and warm. Food at the restaurant was really good and not over priced. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It would be nice to have longer pool hours. The pool was why we choose the Ramada. 9am to 9pm would be nice.
