friendly staff, working vending machines on floor, public laundry, meeting room, location is good, rooms clean.

only two constructive feedback items, neither item impacts my willingness to stay there again. overall, visit was excellent. 1). pickup trucks hauling large trailers sometimes take up 7 parking spots adjacent to the hotel building itself in an inconsiderate manner…. instead of using the rear of the lot. hotel should post signs or ask trucks to not park literally adjacent to the building 2) breakfast with Covid 19 restrictions seem unnecessary and ineffective. Texas has a similar Covid19 100k per capita rate as New Mexico and yet no hotel restrictions; perhaps hotel associations in NM should petition their Governor to lift the mandates!?

The room was clean and overall the place was clean

The lady checking us in was rude and loud. Didn't tell us about the breakfast, if or where the elevator was located. Where exactly our room was ... Just pointing 😡... Just rude maybe she shouldn't be working the front of the house ‼️... Also pillows need to be replaced ‼️🤬🤬

Quiet, clean and convenient hotel near I-40. Town is small, safe, and easy to get in/out. Nice beds, quiet rooms, etc. Staff nice, Breakfast unusually good, and well attended. Food was great, and well stocked. Got some help with the Belgian waffle maker, which was also great.

It's good to see these breakfasts back. It's so convenient to just go downstairs and have breakfast, not to mention, "all you can eat". The location was a good area. Felt comfortable.

A little noise from the main road, but other than that, we were satisfied.

I was concerned when I exited I-40 looking for the hotel. Moriarty New Mexico is not, let say a top 10 community. Driving to the hotel I was concerned that I had made a mistake with the closed and rundown area the hotel is located in. We found the hotel and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. Room was first class, great tv. nice refrig. not full size, freshly baked cookies on check in, yum. Staff was awesome and the morning breakfast was cooked right before our eyes so fresh scrambled eggs, toast and sausage hot and awesome. Outstanding stay, quiet, clean and affordable. As a side we stayed here headed west to Arizona so as not to fight the crime ridden city of Albuquerque. Last time I stayed in Albuquerque I was worried all night about a break in of my car. This site was safer in all appearances. Loved this place would go there again.

Really nothing except limited dining selections around the hotel

The facility was very clean and well kept. Smell is a thing for me, and it was pleasant. The breakfast was basic, but good and had several choices of hot and cold options. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The parking lot was well-lit. Evening and morning staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing to dislike. It seemed like an older facility with one small elevator that was a bit slow, but the stairs were easily accessible.

The lobby was very comfortable and inviting. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok.

It is a pet friendly hotel. We were awakened by a dog barking continuously across the hall in the morning. Also coffee urns were empty at prime breakfast hours. Had to wait too long for pots to be filled.

Good protein options at breakfast. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and well-decorated. Overall, the hotel seems well cared for and we felt safe there.

The only real complaint we had was the road noise from I-40, but there's nothing to do about that.

We absolutely loved the Best Western in Moriarty! After being on the road for days, it was such a nice place to spend a night- the gym was great, the breakfast was FANTASTIC, and all of the staff were very nice!

Honestly nothing!

We stopped by accident as a car broke down nearby. The hotel has a huge parking lot, we were able to accommodate our van. Very pleasant and caring staff. Good breakfast, clean room. There are several fast food and grocery stores, a weighing station, and an antique shop in the town.
