Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown by Marriott

Location was brilliant, facilities were great, and the cleaning staff were very good.

There was no hot tub even though it was advertised, this has been removed by the hotel. The hotel incorrectly charged me $2,200 on checkin as they had not yet been paid by booking.com which was to the detriment of me, your guest. So not happy with booking.com and the service they provided as they left us in a poor position.

This was a very good hotel. It was in a great area and I personally looked into the uptown area since we were on a cross-country move and didn't want to worry about our car. This is a conference hotel so they have a bar and full restaurant and cafe. We were traveling with our medium size dog and the staff was very accomodating and we were able to sit downstairs with our dog. Other properties claimed to be pet friendly but they mean just the room, not really anywhere else. At this property we felt completely welcomed.

No one fault but the carpet was causing us and our dog extreme static. Theres carpet throughout the entire hotel. But I mean what can you do when you're made of fur...

staff was terrific. helpful and cheerful. AA crews stay in this hotel.

The restaurant food was greasy. Eat somewhere else. all of Albuquerque is crime ridden so do not leave valuables in your car and put the club on your steering wheel. This location is probably your best bet as the parking lot is lit up well and they have hotel security patrolling. The weather was below freezing so thieves we’re probably not motivated to go out. Guess we got lucky. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbor.

one staff member at the bar/restaurant had a cold/flu/illness would literally sneeze and cough non stop for the 20 min while I waited for my food. A person exhibiting every symptom of a cold should not come to work. it was obvious to everyone around. her manager should have forced her to go home. she risked the life of my dying immunocompromised mother I’m visiting. as well as everyone else around. ridiculous.

I enjoyed the room and how nice it was. The location of the hotel was perfect and the price we paid was reasonable. We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

We had to ask for extra towels and face clothes because there was only one set in the room, but other than that no issues.

Very good location 1/2 mile off of I-40. Located in a quiet neighborhood, where I was able to have nice walks with my dog. The hotel is very dog friendly. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. They took security in the parking lot very seriously, with a large, obvious camera "pod" supplied by the police department.

The rooms are clean, but really need updating, it seems like original 1980s decor. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though.

cleanliness of the rooms and interior and exterior of protects. there was a gentleman cleaning the parking lot very blank e job manager and staff. also check in check out was a breeze and cleaning staff really friendly and great at what they do. also liked the shower amenities .

wife didn’t have a great Starbucks experience. but we had great bar experience.

The front desk clerks were all very helpful when I had questions. The room was spacious and extremely clean.

The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed. When it came on, there was a cool blast of air which lasted a couple of minutes (fortunately, not longer). The location of the closet in the bathroom was a bit inconvenient, but not a big problem.

We enjoyed the Breakfast. It was excellent!!! Good food there. The bed was Great . We were so happy there. The people were nice and friendly. We had no problems. We will come back. Thank you for everything.

The staff was real nice, front desk and bar tender was nice, real interesting looking.

Wasn't as spotless as I thought it would be up in room. AC wasn't as cool as I had wanted it to be. I was hot most of night.
