Breakfast was very substantial. A nice variety of cold and hot items I think that would satisfy every appetite. Coffee was outstanding. They can make some specialty coffees if you’re interested. All served in a very cozy dining area.

Can’t think of a thing we didn’t like. Hotel was clean and well maintained, room was cleaned every day, every member of staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a view of the Sandia Mountains and a very lovely upscale outdoor mall is just across the street. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The breakfast was fantastic! When I saw breakfast included I thought it would be the usual display of a few sad, bruised fruit and dried out pastries or bagels... But no! Oatmeal, fruit,cereals, bagels, eggs, sausages,bacon etc. Was delightful. The staff, one gentleman in particular was super friendly and helpful. Also, loved the sweet little cat that frequents the parking lot.

Shower in the room looked like it needed some cleaning and an update.

The rooms each have a sitting area, desk, and bar, which is great for relaxing at night. The rooms are nicely appointed, beds comfortable and the a/c worked. Location is central- across from shopping and easy to hop on I-40 to get around town. They have the standard breakfast but can make a latte if you crave one. I have stayed here several times and the experience is consistently good.

Not much- seemed to be a little understaffed but this is happening everywhere.

The breakfast was completely gone at 9:00 sharp, that means they started picking up several minutes before. the service area wiped cleaned by 9:00 am. The breakfast staff unfriendly and in a hurry to close food service at 9:00.

Everything was exceptional! Right to checking in the staff was very nice and helpful, our room was nice, nice interior setting and bed was very comfortable. Loved the easy access to an exit and was convient to have our vehicle close by. The breakfast was delicious and it was all a good experience.

Breakfast is good, verity is a bit lacking with only different 2 menus (bacon sausage vs bacon strips)

Neat room layout with comfortable and open sitting area, separate from the bed. Wet bar. Spacious. Tasteful decor. King bed was super comfy. Easy access to mall for shopping or food. Safe parking.

The shower took 10 minutes to warm up. Advise not getting in before you get the temp warm enough! Front desk was too busy to check me in, had to wait even though there was no one else in the lobby. But the morning desk person made up for the lack of attention: she was friendly and got me a bag of ice right away, offering more if I needed it.

The location is very convenient. You’re placed in a very central area. You have a mall right around the corner, and plenty of restaurants. The room was very clean. It was very quiet inside, didn’t have noise issues while in the building.

The parking lot could be a little bigger. I had some issues finding a spot when arriving after 11pm. The room was a little dim even with all the lights off but not a huge deal.

Great location and the room was huge. Everything was clean. Breakfast was decent.

The bathroom was small and out dated. It was so dark and dreary. All the space was used in the room and the bathroom was just so small. The water from the sink looked like milk if you put it in a glass. But, the wet bar sink water was fine so we used it.

My stay was comfortable and within walking distance or an easy drive to destinations I was interested in. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was very good, nice selection of items. There was a mini fridge which came in handy. I would stay here again when I'm in Albuquerque.

The toilet paper was pretty thin, could definitely use an upgrade.
