Gated parking lot was nice. The whole hotel was very clean, lots of employees working hard vacuuming, mopping, doing laundry, maintaining breakfast area, etc. Beds were super comfy, water pressure in shower was excellent, breakfast was great!

We arrived around 2am and had to call a number from the gate in order to get into the parking lot. It took about five minutes before someone answered & let us in. Elevator was slow, appeared as though only one of the two was working.

I loved the modern and colorful decor first off! Secondly, I really liked the security around this hotel. ABQ gets a bad reputation, but if you're legitimately worried about your car's safety, the whole place is gated and you either have to have a room key or you have to call the front desk to get in after dark. Breakfast also offered a lot of variety. And in case you need anything last minute, there is a Walmart not too far away and its located right off the interstate without being overly loud so you can get around town easy. All in all, this was a comfy and convenient place to stay. I'd definitely go back.

When I first arrived there wasn't anyone at the front desk and there was another person in front of me, and we were waiting for a while, but once we got someone, they checked us in quick and easy. Probably just caused by the weird afternoon time we arrived.

This property was easy to access off of I-40E. The property was very clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included with the room cost was a delicious hot breakfast, with lots of choices. It was close to a Walmart and Sam’s Club in case you needed anything, including gas for your vehicle. The room was very quiet and we didn’t even hear our neighbors at all. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We were running very late and called to give up our room. I understand that we could be charged for the room even without being there, but the person said she'd do what she could to get us out of some or all of the charge. I guess that didn't happen. We're still very satisfied with the place from last fall and the spring before though we were in a room that faced the highway and sign which with the limited curtain made the room exceptionally bright all night.

Choice of items for breakfast was fantastic. Much more different from other hotels.

Our only misfortune was our room located right next door to the electronic room close to the laundry. The constant pounding was unbearable, especially during the night couldn’t really enjoy our sleep. Room should be off limits from booking. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay, our first time at a Hilton Hotel

Newer facility that still shows new. It is being maintained well. The Lady at the desk was very nice. Check in was simple and quick. Located close to shopping and a few restaurants.

It is advertised as an exceptional breakfast being I clises for the price however it wasn’t exceptional. It was good, but it was the same microwave heated frozen products. If going to advertise as a buffet, make it a true buffet.

Room was clean and in excellent repair. Room had nice amenities such as bathroom/shower consumables. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Room included a refrigerator. Hotel provided a morning breakfast, had workout facilities and an indoor pool. Ice maker was on each floor. Parking lot security gate was locked at night. It had everything.

Room was facing the freeway and there was some definite nighttime noise. However, it was not too excessive.

Staff was friendly. Property was decent. Breakfast was good. Close to interstate.

The area is a little rough. The Wal Mart 1 minute away closed at 9pm because of some crime issue as police were everywhere and would not let me in to get stuff. The hotel has a gate that locks at 9pm for safety (your key card lets you in).

Perfect for overnight stay. Feels very safe. Feels brand new: building and furniture. Gated (well lit) parking was the main reason we've chosen this facility. Right off the I-40 while driving from TX to Grand Canyon, AZ. Comfortable king size bed. Professional staff. Would absolutely stay again.

very clean, comfortable beds, felt very safe they have a gated parking as well as a security guard on site. plenty of room for our stuff in the room for a family of 4.

Breakfast was from 7AM, at 7:20 most of the food was gone the person in charge of the Saturday breakfast area did not replenish. Had to ask her to fix the pancake machine
