Days Inn by Wyndham Rio Rancho

The manager and staff are always good here. They are attentive and helpful. The manager saw to it that they made a fresh pot of decaf coffee for me every day, as well. Everything is very clean. Check-in is quick and easy. The location is good, close to Target, Albertsons, and many more shops. The pool is clean and it's currently open. The beds are comfortable. We stay here at least once almost every year, and it has always been good.

I'll be glad when the good breakfast comes back, but it's not the motel's fault they have to serve sack breakfast of a sweetroll and granola bar right now, with coffee and bottled orange juice. NM has been hyper strict regarding the covid situation, though they just lifted mask mandates (March 2022). While the location is good for ease of access and proximity to a lot of good general shopping and restaurants, it's right on Hwy 528 so I rated it a tad lower for location - oh that it could be in the tops of the lovely Sandia Mountains, but then it wouldn't be ideal for the proximity we needed.

the bathroom was very small. The spout where the water comes out for the shower needs to be repaired. was afraid it was going to come off.

This motel and it's staff are always great! I stay there once or twice a year for almost a week at a time. It is kept in really good condition. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's always very clean. The pool is warm enough for swimming, & always clean. At times, the hot tub has been in service, but generally is open and working. Since the scamdemic of 2020/21, breakfast is only apple or orange juice, coffee, granola bars, & little cake thingys. I miss the great breakfast they used to have. The location is great, just off NM 528 (Pat D'Arco), near stores and restaurants, & my family. It's 2 stories high, with smoke-free rooms, mini-fridges, and microwave ovens. Also, there are flat-panel tvs with cable service programming.

There are a few off-color paint repairs - such a small thing, not really worth mentioning. I miss the good breakfast they used to serve, pre-plandemic, with Belgian waffles, eggs, yogurt, etc. Perhaps that will come back some day.

Location was perfect for our visit to see our family. It was a big room with comfortable beds for a family of three. Everything was very clean. We stayed on the lower level and didn't hear any noise from room next to us or above us. The owner has put TLC in maintaining the building and it shows. It was probably one of the most positive experience we have had in staying in an inn. Housekeeper came in and maintained our room while we were gone and it showed that they took care in cleaning. I will recommend this place to anyone.

Coffee in the rooms could be better but we expected that.

It's located right next to a grocery store and a Target so that was very convenient. The room was great. We had a suite and it was very nice. The room was separated into two parts. It had two queen beds, two bathrooms, and a pull-out bed in the living room part. It had a mini fridge and a microwave. The desk guy was very cool. Was it worth what I paid? No, but we still had fun!

The pool is an inside pool and it's a little small. The breakfast is literally a coffee cake muffin, a granola bar, yogurt, and coffee. Oh and make sure u read the fine print. YOU WILL PAY $100 DEPOSIT. I didn't find that out till I checked in. I also got it back when I checked out so that was ok.

There was no breakfast, not even a go bag. However the room was very clean, the gentleman that checked us out was very nice and professional. The view was decent. We will stay again when we come back to town.

That the website said there would be breakfast. There was not one, not even a go bag offered. I believe it was due to covid 19.

the bedspreads were nice. blankets just the right weight. nice towels. quiet room . (108) lights turn off from bed.

ratty carpet. corners of bathroom floor cruddy. (need to clean by hand under the door corners and behind the door and corners of floor outside tub)

It would have be perfect but the guests above us were noisy late into the night. Almost sounded like a ball was being bounced above us. Other than that it was good

Missing the breakfast set up. I can't do pastries.

Our room was clean, even smelled clean and crisp! Everything worked and room was well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Perhaps a bit more landscaping around the exterior buildings so it it looks better from the afar. Nicely kept once you turn in but from afar it doesn’t look as nice and clean as it’s really kept.

This property was very close to where an aunt of mine lived which was perfect! Also liked being able to walk to nearby restaurants.

While I prefer a continental breakfast, the "Grab and Go" breakfast offered by the hotel was sufficient.
