I loved how clean it was the bed was very neat they give extra of everything like blankets very fresh and extra towels. spacious room with the kitchen. honestly it was great. the breakfast was good too a lot of choices. staff is available 24 hours. if traveling alone the location is on the back of an industrial company and on the back side of Buffalo Wild Wings and it seems abandoned all around but the hotel is very well lit and a lot of security cameras. Overall it’s a very clean hotel. The fitness center and washing machines served its purpose as well.

my tv in my bedroom didn’t work only the tv in the living room so I couldn’t watch tv in my actual bedroom

We loved how big the room was! We had 4 little ones so we got 2 queens and then there was a couch bed. But it had a full size fridge, microwave, coffee pot, sink, dishes, and a couple of desks, and bathroom that was good size too. We loved how modern it was and the decor. We loved how clean it was. The pool was reall nice and there was even an outside area to chill and cook out. The front outside had a lounge area and fireplace. Very nice place! We will stay there again when we go that way.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The room was spacious with modern furnitures & fixtures. The only hotel we stayed that had several storage space. Very comfortable beds and pillows. We loved the privacy curtain that separates the sitting area and bed. The kitchen has utensils and even dishwasher.

The staff was a bit dismissive and doesn't look the guest in the eyes. We had to ask for our free waters that should be given as part of Hilton honors. The toiletry dispensers were empty - shampoo & body wash. No lotions or conditioners.

Great choice of breakfast with an assortment of fruits, cereals, breakfast plates, boiled eggs along with juices, coffee and tea. Plenty of bread with butter and jelly..

Booking.com did not inform the hotel we would be coming in late and as a result our rooms were taken off the reservation list. But the staff immediately found us accommodations at 4:00 in the morning. We were tired and sleepy and the rooms although not together as asked for on Booking.com were still close to each other. We all enjoyed our stay, great staff in Roswell, New Mexico.

Very comfortable room with good space, clean, ample parking, easy check-in and check-out. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. No issues during our stay.

Only mild complaints are lighting and breakfast. Hotels should know to use soft/warm white lights rather than high color temperature blue light. Not a big issue for one night stay. Other issue is breakfast area is very small and staff not replenishing items fast enough. For a new hotel, showing signs of wear very quickly.

Breakfast was good. Nice variety of hot and cold and juices. Well done. What I really liked though is the location. Within walking distance of so many of the Roswell 'must sees'. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Roswell.

The fact that some not too considerate guests hoarded the luggage carts for extended times and we had to haul our extensive luggage down by hand.

This is my third stay at this hotel. As always, it is a fantastic hotel, location is great, suites are spacious. staff are friendly. Would come back again.

if only room service could be done daily without having to ask for it. Also, the first night I checked in the washroom and bed linen were not super clean. This is an exception though because my previous two stays were perfect 10 star.

The hotel was clean, nicely organized and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were spacious, and I appreciated they had cartoon network for my kiddos to watch. Breakfast sandwiches and omelets were served wrapped up in warming stations. Waffles were self made, attendant made sure the breakfast area staying clean and stocked up.

The room had a huge gap at the bottom on the door, so you were able to hear alot of noise coming from the hallway.

Soft water shower was a very welcome change. Bed was extremely comfortable. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Breakfast bar is not a good setup. No truck with trailer (rv) parking on site. Had to park in the restaurant parking nearby.

The room was impeccable. The staff was great. The breakfast was stellar. We were on our annual family road trip and by far, this was our best hotel experience of the trip. Clean, comfy and accommodating. Thank you.

We didn’t like that we didn’t book more nights at this property. It is top notch.
