I loved the alien-themed decorations, I thought that was so fun! My friend and I really enjoyed goofing around taking pictures with the big wooden alien statue out front. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, staff was friendly and helpful. The price was good. I would stay again if I returned to Roswell.

Breakfast was good not any sausage or bacon but was desent. Rooms floors no carpet so liked way floors were redone.swimming pool and hot tub were great for kids

I know was only 2 levels but no elevator and carrying bags upstairs to 2nd floor was hard. Especially with people of disabilities I can imagine. It was hard for me thank goodness had my sister bc of my RA just hard climbing stairs.

This is our go to for Roswell stays. Rooms are clean and affordable. They welcome our very large pup, an American Bulldog, with open arms. He is just a big baby after all. We joke we need a membership card with how often we stay here.

So far every stay has been good. No issues.

Very clean rooms, from the restroom to the beds. No funny smell or anything non-smoking🚭. The front desk guy was very nice. Very quiet at night!. I'll definitely recommend it. Better than other hotels I have stayed.. FREE breakfast, too.

The room was great! The size was perfect and we really liked that they had 2 AC units so we could adjust the temperature for my son and my husband and I. The staff was super helpful.

The pillows did leave a little to be desired, they only had 3 in the room with a king bed and pull out couch. I am sure they would have had an extra for us at the front desk, I was just too tired to go check.

Short drive to attractions. Also, accessible by walking. Spacious room,and has larger than average TV, indoor pool is a plus as temperatures are high. Pleasant and helpful staff.

One thing that got me, static shock everytime I went to open my door.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable.

the parking lot was sketchy, there was a tree fallen near the front edge of the property limiting a positive first impression.

The indoor pool was good but disappointed that the spa was closed. The cleanliness was great. Parking was good. I loved the picture perfect alien statue great for pictures.

The stairs were alot for me. The booking said that it was no smoking facility and people were smoking at the end of the hallway by the window. I'm a smoker but I was traveling with my grandkids and bothered by the entrance way smoking. The spa was unavailable and the breakfast was cereal coffee and juice .

Staff is great and accommodating

There is only 1 waffle maker and people are inconsiderate. We had a family that made 2 waffles per person and finished all the batter. A second waffle maker and a written sign that states 1 waffle per person at a time would allow others to enjoy the superstart breakfast they offer.

Fresh muffins, toast, waffles. Hot coffee. Very clean eating area. It was the standerd motel breakfast. Good but not fancy.
