La Quinta by Wyndham Roswell

The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were very nice. Every staff member I interacted with was amazing. Out of all my travels, I have never had a hotel where every person who worked there was friendly and very kind. Will definitely recommend this location to anyone who will be traveling in the area.

Elevator takes forever to get to the floor needed but the stairs were a great alternative if you didn't have much baggage.

Breakfast was the typical free breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage patty, cold cereal, waffles, coffee and juice. Plain, simple, not very appetizing.

Pool/Spa area needs attention. Paint peeling in the pool area and pool had an odor. Appears they need to assign someone to maintain this area. Carpets weren’t vacuumed in hallways. Rooms definitely need updating! Ours didn’t have an alarm clock in the room and the room phone was broken.

The breakfast was good. The place was nice.

The room we rented was 327. It was not fully cleaned. Finger prints on the mirror. It looked like the TV was wiped with a dirty rag. There was a few hairs on the pull out bed. There was a few hairs on the bed. I didn’t complain because the room wasn’t that bad. But who ever cleaned it should of cleaned it better.

Breakfast was ok. Was hoping for biscuits and gravy, but that wasn't offered. Room was good but having a sink out in the room instead of the bathroom was kind of weird. Wish it was in a bathroom.

water pressure for shower could have been a little stronger. There was a flood light that shown right into our window, which made it difficult to sleep. We had to pin the curtains closed to make the room dark.

The property was in a nice location. I felt very safe and my pets were welcome so that was great! The rooms were cute and clean and had comfy beds. We only stayed for one night and had breakfast there and it was great! They had a waffle maker and orange juice and coffee... all the essentials. It was a great deal for the price. Would definitely recommend! The staff was great too, super friendly. Thank you!

The only thing I can say that was kind of bad was the set up in the room. It was just hard to use the fridge and kitchen stuff because it was right by the front door. It wouldn’t stop me from booking again, it just took some getting used to

It is in a good location off the main drag enough to be quiet but still close to food etc. Staff was good. Check in clerk was thoughtful when assigning us our room.

Our room needed a little cosmetic maintenance. The paint on the wall was scraped off in places. The duvet cover was stained.

This list is to extensive to list. So to sum it up in as little words as possible. To the Question "What did you like"? EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE

Only thing I can say about this La Quinta location and the entire staff. The greatest, if anyone needs a course in how customer service should be, and how to run a Hotel. Just hangout with the staff here. Because every single one of then can school you on how to do it, and how to do it right. Once again thank you to all at the Roswell, New Mexico location. You guys are truly amazing. Thank you for all you do.

I booked a 2 Queen bed with a sofa bed. It's what booking.com said I was paying for when I got there. They said no that's not what booking.com sent them so my daughter had to sleep on the floor. Other than that the place is really nice.

Liked our room because it had a living area separate from bedroom. Liked bathroom was close to door and cati-cornered. The front desk staff was quick and friendly, breakfast staff kept things cleaned and stocked.

Not enough parking in front. Plenty in back. Kids that got out pool tracked water throughout hotel. They had a veteran parking. Had a pull out sofa but no extra bedding. I guess we had to ask for it?

It was just far enough away from the main strip that it was peaceful and not overly crowed.

The only thing I didn’t care to much about was I had an end room next to the stairs and although the room was comfortable there was a lot of noise through the wall from everyone using the stairs and shutting the doors. That room should be discounted because of this. Just my thought on that. God bless and keep you all.
