It was very clean and that's important to me. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. I was able to get additional coffee packets. The staff was very friendly. Parking was great. Location is great.

The only thing I didn't care for was the remodeling that was going on on our floor. I feel like they should close the floor while they're doing that. But then if they had closed the floor, no doubt we wouldn't have been able to get a room there. It's a great place to stay.

The breakfast was exceptional! Huge variety of deliciousness!

It really was no big deal but I stated in my reservation that we requested handicapped parking and wanted our 2 rooms on the first floor, close together. Both rooms were handicap rooms and one was on the first floor and one was on the second level. The second level room was right above the room on the first floor so I guess that was as close as they could get is due to both rooms we requested a king size bed and they didn't have another "handicap room with a king size bed on the first floor.....just a little miss understanding that wasn't clarified upon check in and room assignment

All the stuff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. They went beyond just doing their job and befriended us as guests.

They had dirty paint pans, rollers and buckets of paint in the pool room. Which having a small child with me, was concerning cuz it was easily accessible to anybody. Also the bathrooms in the pool room need to have rugs or something because they are way too slippery to walk on with wet feet. My son and I both slipped and fell. Thankfully not to any serious injury but it could have been.

Staff were friendly and cleaned rooms daily. Exceptionally clean room and comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was good and hot. Loved the iced lemon water in the lobby.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Liked most everything about our stay. Loved that we would look out our window and see elk feeding on the grass. Beautiful!

Some of the staff were not that friendly. Most were, but the woman that checked us in was not.

The room was perfect with a chair or our elderly mother. It had a couch for us to sit on so we weren't setting on the bed all the time. We also liked the breakfast served each morning.

The breakfast room was VERY COLD. The staff said the air/heat system was broken (and had been for several months). That should be fixed very soon as it is turning cold up there. The refrigerator was not working properly in our room (114). Otherwise it was good.

Everything was excellent! The front staff was friendly and efficient. The room was first class, from the bed to the toiletries. Clean ,comfortable, relaxing. We had trouble with the t.v. but the front desk girl came up and fixed the problem. Breakfast was great!! Hot, fresh eggs, sausage and all the trimmings! In short, 5 stars!!!

Maintenance guys were very nice. Kitchen stuff really nice people.

When we checked out, we ask for our cash deposit and the front.desk lady was rude and unprofessional. Really bad attitude.

I enjoyed the stay it was very relaxing. The breakfast was good. Location is great in walking distance to downtown

I didn't appreciate the cleaning ladies standing next to the tables where we were supposed to eat. The ladies would see people going to sit and they wouldn't move.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The staff are friendly and accomodating. Location is convenient. Breakfast was hot and delicious with several options to choose from. Definitely coming back!!

I didn't like that we were on the first floor, but I never requested otherwise. Once I opened the curtain and saw the snow and forest I didn't seem to mind as much.
