Great location with super helpful friendly staff. Also, very dog friendly. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. Great happy hour included and surprisingly good coffee. Not a fan of the breakfast, but we are foodies and have found very few free buffet hotel breakfasts we enjoy.

While I really appreciate that the hotel is dog friendly, I was surprised with how stained the carpet in our room was. it made the room appear not clean. We have an older, small, house trained dog that is very clean and I didn’t love her being on that carpet. With the extra $40 a night, they should be able to clean the carpet.

Amazingly friendly staff across the board, there is a joy in helping folks that comes through from the staff. The location and property are lovely. You are right in the center of Town in an incredibly lovely and historic building.

Some broken internal systems undermine the hard work and commitment of the staff. Asking for anything from your room (towels, soap, etc) is a near impossible process. The management know and own their is a problem but corporate is clearly making the decision here as all calls to a front desk in Santa Fe, go to an operator in St Louis.

Great location - within walking distance of both the Plaza and Canyon Road (art galleries). Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I booked at the last minute for a 5 night stay, and wound up with the room on the ground floor which was not ideal. Upon request the manager was very helpful and upgraded us to a much better room (spacious and more comfortable) suitable for a longer stay. They also offer free drinks and snacks in the evening - While I did not partake of either, there was quite a bit of variety available for someone who is not up to going out to grab a bite.

Nothing to complain about.

The staff was professional, personable, welcoming and very attentive. The hotel is located ideally close to the cathedral, restaurants, etc. It was one of the locations for the Santa Fe Opera shuttle pick-up, which is why we selected the hotel.

For nearly $500/night, I expected a high quality mattress (way too soft- 1-star), towels (too thin), and bath amenities by the tub- not just mass dispensers on the shower wall. Our experience with the staff and the rooftop lounging area by the pool for quiet reading time helped make up for our aching backs each morning. The included breakfast was 'ok', but no better than a Best Western or Holiday Inn Express. Definitely over-priced.

Location in Santa Fe is great. Right off Cathedral Park. Minutes from the Plaza, on the quiet side. Breakfast was good enough for free. The rooftop pool and hot tub, plus the rooftop lounging lounging with deck chairs are a real plus in the summer. The 5:30 pm KickBack free drinks and snacks time are most welcome. Most important, the bathrooms were clean, and with the exception noted below, well maintained.

Strange thing to comment about, but the toilet paper and tissues were both cheap and coarse enough to say that they were unpleasant to use. More fitting to a Motel 6, if even that good.

Great and cozy like all Drury's. Excellent location, close to attractions and restaurants. Large, quiet room with safe and good Wi-Fi. Gym good enough OK. I'm going to give the hotel full marks, because it's still cozy, it has great staff,

I have a suggestion to complain about breakfast food and happy hour: It needs to be less caloric and healthier, and suitable for vegetarians. Breakfast has little fruit, yogurt is too sweet, good scrambled eggs and a lot of carbohydrates. As for the evening reception, the 3 alcoholic drinks are good, but the food for vegetarians is bland: baked potatoes, tasteless boiled vegetables (carrots and string beans) and popcorn. Vegetarians also like a drink, but accompanying the drink with a snack of green beans and carrots cooked in salted water or baked potatoes, does not work.

Hearty Breakfast/Buffet, the 4th floor room, and the location were Outstanding. Also the staff were on top of things when I misplaced a set of steps within my progressive bifocals and fell on the brick sidewalk; calling for transport to the local Medical Center for treatment (X-rays). Nothing was broken and returned to my conference. Ego was bruised.

The long drive (26 hours straight) to and from this conference - next time I will fly. I made reservations in February 2023 when the wife was feeling better, but her chronic pain was acting up and by early May, she said she could not be my navigator.

We stayed three nights. The location was perfect and the staff could not have been more pleasant and accommodating!! The room was spacious, clean, and modern. An abundance of local artwork added to the overall esthetic and complimented the southwest decor in the main rooms and lobby. Parking fee of $28 per day was a bit steep, but being right on the plaza made it worthwhile. Since most everything was within walking distance we didn't even need our car much. Would absolutely stay at the Drury again!

Uncovered bowls of fruit and salad greens during breakfast and "kickback" happy hour were not very appealing ( or sanitary). Room was not tidied up each day.

Honestly, everything about this hotel was great, i wish i had stayed more than one night. I would definitely book again. The location of this hotel is great! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Their 530 to 7 pm kickback social time is amazing! The pool was lovely. I really liked that they hung and displayed all different forms of art that support artists. The building is beautiful, and I really appreciated the outdoor areas.

The wifi is open access to anyone and doesn't require a password. Young teenagers, although not disruptive in any way, did sneak into the pool area.

Customer service was excellent. Kenneth at the front desk was very helpful. Gave us a map and recommendations and took the time to map directions for us. The breakfast and happy hour food was very good.

The bathroom had a barn door which was very loud when opening and closing. Just a little inconvenience. Also customers taking their dogs in the eating areas and where the food was. My Wife is allergic to dogs and we had to hurry and eat just part of our breakfast and happy hour food. Did not get a chance to relax and enjoy our meals.
