We liked everything. Let me start with the proximity to the city center. Leas than 10 min walking. Next, the hotel is just wow. So pretty, cozy and adorable. You do have a feeling of an old town building. Very spacious room, comfortable and clean. Very quality with a nice aroma shampoo and shower gel. Nice modern feel with some twist of traditional touches. Amazing staff. And one of the best breakfast we were served during our 10 days road-trip in multiple states. Super recommended

So charming and clean. The room was just as shown in the photos. The manageress LoQui was lovely. Location was great. The whole property was lovely, exterior and interior. We loved the original details. Cons: The table in our room, #10, was so wobbly that it wasn’t really useable for my husband who had a bit of work to do on his computer. The lanterns on the hotel parapet were not on during our stay, but were illuminated on the other buildings. The street was largely quiet, but a couple of loud cars were zooming by on both nights. It would be nice if the lobby offered some light snacks such as chips or nuts and if it stayed opened just a little later. Given the prices in Santa Fe, we thought this was fairly priced.

Loved the room. Fireplace was wonderful.

For a place that calls themselves a bed and breakfast the breakfast was disappointing. More like a continental breakfast at a 2 star hotel. They did have tamales but they were dry and crumbly.

Lovely, historic property just a short walking distance to the historic downtown. Charming, comfortable room with kiva fireplace. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Impeccably clean. Nice self-serve breakfast (English muffins, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, breakfast bars, coffee, juice, tea). Safe off-street parking. Friendly staff. Santa Fe Brewery (another fireplace) and a delicious food truck across the street (not noisy place). We didn’t use the fireplace because our room was already very toasty and the temps were single-digits overnight!

The flat round handle on the bathroom sink was difficult to shut off (sometimes had to use both hands): probably an original feature.

We loved our little apartment! As two friends traveling together, it worked well for us to have separate sleeping areas -- the bedroom and the sofa bed. The kitchenette was a great bonus, allowing us to make beverages, refrigerate leftovers etc. The whole place was beautifully decorated, completely adorable. Location was excellent, we walked to town and local shops easily.

The office was never open at times that were convenient for us -- we always missed the chance to talk to staff, grab tea or coffee & snacks, etc. 5:30pm seems a little early for staff to be gone, but I understand that it's a fairly small hotel. The sofa bed was reasonably comfortable, but a little hard for me.

Beautifully renovated; great interior and exterior decoration; comfortable bedding; great location within walking distance of plaza, Canyon Road, etc.; welcoming and friendly staff.

Unfortunately, in stark contrast to the beautifully decorated breakfast room, breakfast itself did not match the quality and class of the facilities and was sub par for a bed and breakfast: all grocery store-bought pastries, nothing fresh, no gluten free options, no local flavors; definitely a let down…

The location was amazing. We were able to walk to Santa Fe plaza and there were some great restaurants close by. I was impressed with how much space the room had and I loved the fact that we had our own private patio. Room service always visited us and made sure we had enough towels and took away our trash for us.

I was concerned with how the exit and entrance is the same lane. I would always get nervous pulling into the hotel and worry about another vehicle exiting at the same time. Also, photos of breakfast included tamales and an assortment of items but their breakfast is disappointing with yogurt and fruits. I have never been to a B&B before but I always thought breakfast was meant to be impressive. And Pueblo Bonito need to update their photos because the couch is still a pullout but it’s a entirely different couch and there isn’t a large dresser in the room like how it was in the photos. So it was disappointing that we couldn’t unpack our clothes into the dresser like we planned.

Our room was lovely and quaint. Traveling as a family of four, we appreciated the separate bedroom and kitchenette. It was a very short walk to the State Capitol (a must see for the art collection on display in the hallways, recommended by the front desk lady), and not far of a walk to the historic part of town. Parking was readily available onsite. The staff members at the front desk and serving breakfast were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast room was great and always had seating available, but the breakfast offerings were rather limited. The first morning they had yogurt, granola, oatmeal, and bagels, but the second morning they only had granola and croissants (no yogurt, oatmeal, or bagels). The hot tea, coffee, milk (both cow and almond), and orange juice were great. The pull-out couch wasn't the most comfortable for sleeping, but the main bed was wonderful.

Convenient location for everything we were looking for in Santa Fe. The room was clean, very comfortable, and safe - my main requirements.

The room we were in (Comanche #8) was not as shown on the website. The room has been painted a sterile all white. The desk nook windows are gone. The colorful bedding doesn't exist. It isn't as charming as the website indicates. The breakfast part of this "bed and breakfast" was a generic bagels, toast, and cereal breakfast available at any other medium tier motel. The only nod to something unique were the chicken tamales.
