The Inn of Five Graces

The hotel is well-located close to the key center of Santa Fe, and very near the most historic area of the city. The guest rooms are fantastic- filled with color, texture and ingenious reuse of materials from around the world. The tilework in the bathroom and elsewhere are absolutely gorgeous, as is the spa and gym areas, the pool, and outdoor patios for lounging, or dining. The breakfast menu is wonderful and part of the room cost. We also enjoyed a wonderful walking tour offered free to guests--well worth doing.

Coffee in the lobby was spotty. We didn't use the concierge service for reservations.

Unique property, a peaceful and lovely little escape, and I appreciated the attention to detail. It feels like stepping into another world. Loved the spa and the beautiful courtyards and hidden nooks.

Oddly, in my opinion the staff and management didn’t seem as customer oriented and keen on providing top notch, friendly, and flawless service as I would have expected when paying $1,000 a night for a room. Additionally, the room I was staying in shared a wall with the restaurant and lobby area, so I was awoken early in the morning by music coming through the walls, it happened in evening hours too. I understand it’s an old building, but some sound insulation seems necessary and wise for guest comfort when you are charging premium prices.

Absolutely gorgeous property and room. The staff go above and beyond to pamper you. The breakfast was wonderful, we loved the daily snacks, and dinner at Pink Adobe was out of this world. (Especially the crab cake and pork tenderloin with mole.)

The alcove in our room did not have an AC vent and was too warm at night. They provided a fan when we asked, which did help. I did not love the pillows but am really picky. I wish they offered a choice of pillows. They did help me out by giving me a memory foam pillow instead of feather.

We had a great experience here! The second we pulled up Chad helped us with our car and bags and Nadine greeted us with a smile. We saw Chad and Nadine a lot and they were always going above and beyond for us during our stay. Breakfast was very delicious and servers Dahlia and David were prompt and friendly. The room was unique and beautiful, no detail was left untouched with this resort. We appreciate everything everyone did for us here. Especially Nadine. We had a bad experience off site at another business and Nadine rescued us and made sure we had everything we needed and more! She’s the best!!

I do not like cookie cutter, nor ultra modern, so this beautiful, uniquely decorated Inn met and exceeded my expectations in that regard. The service was excellent - every Inn and Hotel should follow The Inn of Five Graces example! Everyone we interacted with left me saying "these are the nicest people Ive ever met". Our accomodation was a one bedroom adobe cottage, with full kitchen, and bedroom fireplace. The stocked snack fridge was a nice touch, as was the complimemtary vallet, concierge, hot breakfast menu with delivery, and excellent housekeeping.

There is not one thing I didnt like.

This is a beautiful and unique inn/hotel well-located near the central plaza in Santa Fe. The staff, from the front desk to the concierge through housekeeping were all incredible. The rooms are decorated in a Morrocan/Thai style with the bathroom walls decorated with unique mosaics. Really charming and fun.

he only thing "missing" was that there is no pool which would be nice after a hot day of looking at art and roaming around town. I understand that they are working on installing one next to their newish and beautiful spa.

Location, breakfast, service, live music (on one night), cocktails, staff, decor, scenery and ambience!

Upon arrival there was discarded dental floss on the arm of the chair in the living area. It could have been easy to overlook as it camouflaged with the arm of the chair. The main disappointment was that the property did not keep a supply of feminine hygeine products for emergency use by inn guests or staff. This is definitely a gender equity issue that should be addressed!

the customer service was phenomenal. all the workers were kind and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about making our stay exceptional. loved the free shuttle to anywhere within a 3 mile radius and their pick up time was fast and efficient.

layout of the room was a little bit uncomfortable for three people. the pullout sofa bed was not viable to sleep on for more than a couple of nights.

This is a top notch hotel located in a vibrant America art center. The staff were invisible until you needed something. Room appointments, interior decor and housekeeping were also notable. This is a fine example of a Five Star Hotel.
